We had issues with our tv and romote. Staff was rude after my 3rd time requesting help with the remote for the tv because it wasn't working. Staff finally stopped blaming me and tried it their-self. Didn't work, then they replaced it. They were rude before that and .ade me feel uncomfortable. Never will i stay at a Hampton Inn again.

This facility is long due for an overhaul. Cracked tile throughout in elevator and room. Cleanliness in room terrible. Bathroom tile hasn’t had a good cleaning in forever. You’re one step above a motel at this location. Not what a Hilton property should be aspiring too. 🤔

Old and worn furniture and decor. Not well cleaned. Not enough lighting in rooms. A/C makes continuous loud noise. All in all needs remodeling and updating. We will not stay at Hampton Inns again. Very sad.

Asked if I could get a Veterans discount and front desk said I had to do that when I made my reservation. Called corporate office and they said that’s not true. Got to my room and bed was all wrinkled like someone just threw it back together. Would probably not book here again.

Overall, everything was terrific. We only had two hiccups. Our first hiccup was requesting a room refresh, and that did not happen. The second hiccup was a slight mold problem in the shower stall. If we had our room refreshed, the maid service would have seen the mold that had accumulated on the bottom tiles in the shower stall and could have eradicated the problem right then and there. Lucky for us, we always wear shower shoes when staying away from home.

Was a decently good hotel. A little outdated but definitely not important. Only complaint I have would be I wish we were told that the pool would be unavailable at random times when we arrived. one moment it’s open, then the next it’s closed. With kids on the trip, the pool being closed was unfortunate. Other than that, the breakfast is really good and it’s a good, quiet hotel that’s only minutes away from a lot of restaurants and activities.

I was initially upset with the credit card procedure. I paid for room with a new card I applied for and had that placed on my hotel bill but when I got there they said I couldn’t use it because they needed physical card. I didn’t have card and then I had to pay with my other card that I didn’t want to use.
