Great hotel away from the tourist crowd Everything is right there...as far as food, deserts, stores and so much more. Breakfast is a plus...which is quite good but aliitle busy.

Rust in the bath tub, loud music

It was a lovely location to say the least. The nearby hotels were either too far or too remote. While this one sat within a bus hub, shopping center, and other popular areas. I loved the staff and everything.

Properly was well kept and staff was great! Very convenient for airport parking and shuttle. Shuttle driver was prompt both coming and going. I will definitely stay again!

Property is well located with an open mall around hotel. Lots of open parking and free.

Stayed here from April 20 2025 - April 25 2025 and i wish i had extended my stay if i could. Convenient area if you're trying to stay on the west side, need free parking daily, free buffet breakfast daily and want the convenience of staying literally in a shopping center with many places to shop, eat and explore! I had room 610 and enjoyed my studio with king bed with my other guest. Check in was quick and friendly. The room smelt brand new and it was super clean! Housekeeping was amazing and ugh, our entire stay was great! They also have a business room where you can go on computers and print things out for free, they have an indoor pool and gym which i didn't get to try :( maybe next time! But overall, i highly recommend this hotel and this particular room. Amazing experience!!!!!

Good but overpriced

We had just come off the Pride of America after cruising the Hawaiian islands for a week. We spent an extra night in Honolulu to see Diamond Head (and the flights were cheaper). After spending a week in a fairly small cabin on the ship, our night in the hotel felt like the Taj Mahal. We were given a handicapped room, so the bathroom had even more room. The ability to take a shower without hitting the walls every time you turn was luxurious. Breakfast was fine. The only nitpicky complaint is, there was only decaf coffee in the room. I had to wander downstairs to get our "wake up" cup of coffee. Convenient to the airport, and there's a great restaurant (Moani) next door. Recommended.

This is such a great location. The staff are phenomenal. The front desk ladies were so amazing and accommodating. We got there early since we island hopped from big island. They got us preset up, held our bags. And the whole time were just amazing people. Easter weekend I’m sure was super busy, but that didn’t make no difference. Would definitely stay there again next time!

Near all stores. Laundry washing machines and dryers too expensive.

We were able to check-in early after an overnight flight from New Zealand. Clean hotel and comfy beds, Highly recommend!!

Great location and friendly staff members.

The hotel was comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Some minor imperfections: one of the ellipticals in the gym wasn't working properly, one of the washing machines was also out of order.

Swimming pool, free parking. free breakfast and an outdoor mall right behind it. What’s not to like? Awesome.

Conveniently located in the Ka Makana Alii mall.

If you don’t need the beach front or ocean view— this is the place to be! We chose this hotel for the free breakfast and parking— and we were not disappointed in either. Breakfast staff is awesome— good assortment with some varied items each day. Parking galore. It is next to a very nice mall— from Macy’s to Claire’s— and several boutiques. Restaurants from Wendy’s, Taco Bell to Olive Garden and Cheesecake Factory and several delis, pizza places and bars. Staff was very attentive— room comfortable and quiet. With a rental car— we were able to get to anywhere we wanted — when we wanted. Hate the confines of some of the resorts.

As always it was a pleasant experience. So many different food places nearby, clean and updated amenities. Staff are gracious, friendly and very accommodating. Love staying here.
