My wife and I had a fairly good experience at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Tigard. The premises are clean, the associate at the counter was very friendly and made the check-in was fast. The room was clean and cozy. Love the bathroom but not a fan of the barn door. We both loved the coffee, but the only issue with me was that the breakfast on our first morning was a little cold.

Very nice hotel great room well appointed and space was set up so well very functional room and very cozy. It are 2 adults and small dog. We had a room in front with almost a private entrance so was super easy taking our dog in and out! Riley at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. He helped us with the Internet and got it working! Always so helpful with whatever we needed! Stefani and Yolanda were also very helpful friendly and sent us to a great park on our last day! Super stay would definitely stay here again. Very worth the money and good quality facility! Convenient location aways from all the traffic if portland in a nice small neighborhood!!! Your staff really slows add so much to our stay!!! Thanks Riley Yolanda and estefani!

Stay was fine. Check in was slow and they ran out of towels and had no extra pillows. The room was not set up for 4 people more like a single and could accommodate a couple with towels

The only thing good about my stay was the front desk clerk Riley. He did all he could and more. The hotel is dirty and in. Red of repair. The locks on some of the rooms are falling off. The bathroom doors do not stay closed housekeeping does not clean your room when you ask. The elevators smell like fish. There was a used pregnancy test that sat on the grounds for three days there is nowhere to sit outside. The benches are marked with cigarette burns. The pool is in need of a shock and the only cleaning I saw getting done was by Riley a front desk clerk whom should not have to clean. The hotel sits surround by houses with overgrown dirty yards. Find another place to stay. This is not it.

Room very clean and they had a decent breakfast selection, enough that we saved money from not having to grab breakfast every morning. They also have a very nice indoor pool. It’s definitely a solid choice when traveling with family. Will definitely stay w them again.

The location was good, parking decent. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast good. The room had plenty of space, the bed was comfortable and the bath was large and spotless. Would definitely stay there again.

Very kind staff. Clean and tidy with a nice pool area. Should have more staff working the front desk because that poor lady was pulled in a million directions, but she handled it with patience and grace. Breakfast was nice and fresh and the person attending to that was very kind as well.

Was OK. Cleanliness was the big issue, there were dust cobwebs in the corners of our room, and they were perpetually out of towels. However, the staff was very friendly and tried to be helpful aa they were able. Locations is pretty nice, within walking distance of several restaurants.
