Great stay close to the mid Florida amphitheater. Quiet hotel we got a suite on the 4th floor overlooking the pool. It was quiet. Not much to eat without getting in the car.

Currently staying here with my wife and I must say that we are blown away by not only the room we are staying in, but the staff as well! Jennifer in the front went above and beyond to accommodate us and we are so grateful for her! She is so friendly and warming that it felt like family taking care of us! She is what every hotel business dreams of when having a staff member and she deserves such a recognition! The room is so beautiful and HUGE! Never been in such a spacious room and it is so clean and inviting! The note Jennifer left for us as well was very sweet and shows that customer service here is top tier! Would recommend to anyone wanting this kind of experience with a lovely room and amazing staff! Thank you again Jennifer! 5 Stars!!!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This hotel was supposed to have a shuttle to the casino. There was no shuttle,

A couple failures: The room's air conditioning wasn't working and the front desk person couldn't get it working either. To make it worse, the windows don't open. We put up with it instead of the hassle of moving to another room.
Also, the "Business Center" was just a printer semi-hidden along a hallway. The online printing functionality did not work and there didn't seem to be a USB port to plug a thumb drive into.

Very professional and friendly staff (Melody). Comfy beds & pillows, good warm shower, good breakfast and coffee that actually tastes like coffee ;). Will definitely stay again.
