The lady in the front desk she don’t know customer service the white lady in night shift she didn’t give us the water and other guest who check in she gave and when I ask she’s saying she forgot and asking me to go down and pick it up she’s racist!!!!

Liked everything about Hampton Inn, especially the staff and service! Broke a wheel off my suitcase and Kila sent Hysa up. He took my bag and brought it back fixed!!! All staff members were friendly yet professional and attentive to our needs. Subsequently went to a high end hotel we had booked that was nonrefundable. Would have preferred to be back at H Inn. U rock!

This area is lovely within easy distance of the marina/promenade and lots of great eateries and quirky shops at Cobble Hill. There is also a couple of conveniently close subway stations that will take you to Manhattan or to JFK.
