Hampton Inn Columbus - Airport

Close to the airport, quick pick up with the shuttle. The hallway noise is louder and there is a blinking lightbulb in the bathroom.

This was a very convenient airport location. The shuttle service ran regularly, and it was a very short distance to/from the airport. The rooms were very spacious. We didn’t experience the breakfast since our flight was early.

I'm from out of state and this is my go to hotel when I come to visit my family. I can always count on a clean room.friendly staff and moments from the airport. I won't stay anywhere else.

Close to airport terminal. Breakfast was ok.

The stay was ok. Room was clean and they serve breakfast. My only real issue was I was charged double charged for water only to find out I shouldn't been charged at all because it's complimentary. Also, the fees were not able to be reversed during my stay because it's still showing as pending with my financial provider.

The stay in general was fine. The traffic patterns getting to the hotel and airport are confusing and signage is minimal due to the construction. The poor part: we stayed here the last time because our flight got in at 1am, checked in at 2am, got to sleep around 3am, and we were coming from the West Coast, so 3hr time change as well. Around 700am the manager decided to do a training session in the hallway of our floor. She was a very loud talker to begin with and at one point was yelling to the staff up and down the hallway. This is strictly an airport hotel, staff should be trained to be respectful and mind the noise knowing people stay here because flights arrive and depart at odd hours of the night.

Shuttle drivers were absolute sweethearts and the desk staff always had a smile on their faces 11/10 will stay here again

Staff was helpful and kind. Room was clean. Breakfast had many options. Only issue was with one of the elevators not working properly. You could go up but not down. If both elevators were on the same floor, the wrong one would open. They did address it promply.

Extended parking is no longer available when booking through Expedia. I’ve booked here before and was able to park on site—it’s why I chose this hotel. To get extended parking now the hotel must be booked through Hampton. Too bad. I won’t stay here again.

Wow. Worst Hampton I’ve ever stayed in by far (so bad It makes me question my typical “Hilton property” loyalty). Picture late 80s porno decor that was never updated, add employees with attitude issues, dust and debris and people “grunge” in every nook and cranny, and you’ve got the theme of this Hampton. The front desk night auditor lady was very rude and acted as if everyone in line owed her a favor for her paying any attention to them. The whole property was dingy. Dust bunnies in all the corners, dusty lamp shades, bathroom barely clean, stains in carpets, etc. We had 4 “flat tire” pillows our bed that were about 12” square each and compressed to about 3” thick. For an “On airport” location, this was definitely NOT a good look for a Hampton. We were flying out before their breakfast but there is no way I would have eaten food prepared in there. The whole place needs renovated, and (at a minimum) the night auditor we had needs a serious attitude adjustment. The only high point was the shuttle driver was a good guy and actually waited for people to get on. I’d definitely stay somewhere else.

There were some room issues, dirty under neither the bathroom shelves, some trim pieces around room coming off the wall, room door did not seal, see light coming around door, and hear hallway noise at all hours. Staff was pleasant and helpful, elevator broke down during stay. seems like building upkeep was in the rears.

Very close to Airport. Just 3-5mins drive.
