Very fast service and they let us check in in the middle of the night because our flight was delayed and did not get in until 2:30a. Enjoyed our stay

The price reflects the condition of the property. General outside upkeep is 1 out of 5. The lounge chair inside the room was stained. The deadbolt was missing. I had to plug in the microwave and mini fridge. A nightstand was missing a drawer. The bathroom window couldnt be secured and i was on the ground floor. The smell in the lobby and room was musty and heavy. I wont be coming back here.

The hotel manager was amazing! He went above and beyond and mayo make me feel welcome! I definitely recommend this motel to everyone who need a quiet, clean and good customer service experience to come and check in to this best kept secret motel in Milpitas, CA

It’s like a dumb

First arrived and the office has a distinct damp odor. Clerk was pleasant. The room however.... wow. The door was not securable. You could see daylight through it and the top lock was missing. Room had water damage over the beds and the wall paper was stained. Room smelled like smoke and mold. Stains all over the chairs. Bedspread was the newest thing in the room, but definitely more plastic than fabric. Refrigerator was pulled out in the walkway leading to the bathroom for no known reason so had to move that first to get to the bathroom. The bathroom was ok from the outside, but the shower had sand in the bottom of it and mold all around the shower stall. Towels were worn and grey. Walked back out into the living quarters and the fire alarm was missing from the wall and the junction box was open. Other outlet plugging into the TV had no cover to the electrical components and just wallpapered over it. Room was absolutely not securable and definitely not safe feeling with people on either side of me yelling at each other, so I grabbed my bag and left. No other hotels were available in the area so I literally drove home 2 hours because of how terrifying the room was

The staff and management are top-notch! Friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. This is an excellent value. This is not a Holiday Inn, but it’s still pretty good, and I do stay there frequently.

Room was old and dirty. Towels had black stains. Old lamps with old stains unoperative but still uglying up the room. Headboard was off the bed and propped up against a wall.

No coffee machine to make hot water, no water cup in the room

Overall I find Heritage suits my needs
