Comfy bed, clean room, nice staff, no complaints. For a hotel in Pagosa I would rate above average. I live right up the road in Bayfield and regularly book in Pagosa as necessary to facilitate work travel. For contractors there is a nice open parking lots to pull in pickup trucks with trailers. Not sure how a tractor/truck (semi) would fare, but I stayed there with my dually pickup and 35 ft gooseneck and there was plenty of room.

Lovely room, quiet and comfortable. Helpful staff at our check-in at 4 pm ish. Would recommend and stay again.

We would definitely stay here again! And we highly recommend this Inn. Super clean, nice and comfortable. Loved the large, soft bath towels. Note that there wasn’t a microwave in the room but there is one in the breakfast room. Breakfast was awesome with oatmeal, cereal, coffee, juices, hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit, bread’s & yogurts. We were a little disappointed that there wasn’t waffles lol but in all this place is 5*’s!!

Rooms weren't great, pretty sure there was mold on the ceiling above the shower, floor peeling up in the bathroom. We were only there for less than 12 hours so it was fine for a place to sleep but wouldn't recommend or go back.

Hotel under renovation. There was no ac in the hallways. With the sun coming in from the west, it was suffocating with no circulating air. We had to lug our bags up the steep stairs. No elevator to 2nd floor. Ice machine only at one end of the bldg. Two different beds in the room. My bed was hard. Pillows didn't help. Room was clean and bedding was clean. Will not stay there again.

Lobby and room is clean, spacious. Parking lot is relatively small, parking spots have no lines divided. Free breakfast but very limited choices. Kids over 14 charge additional. Ok for quick stop.

Looks absolutely nothing like the picture staff was as high with Kai room stunk and we’re dirty coyote moon was a good place to eat right beside it at the hotel with disgusting

It was a place to sleep but thats it amenities are poor. The room had its fair share of damage had small drops of dried blood on the sheets. Pool area you can tell is overly reliant on chemical use instead of actual cleaning from the foaming in the hot tub to the rings of mold/ algae that stick to your skin after exiting.

Was very frustrated reserved 2 rooms that connected, called to confirm connecting rooms a few days prior and they confirmed we could have connecting rooms. When we arrived they told us no they do not have connecting rooms for us so they split my husband, myself and children up into 2 rooms that were not even next to each other or across from the hall. When we got into the room discovered they had adjoining rooms in our rooms asked about them at the front desk and were told both rooms weren’t occupied but they were not available for use.
Discovered the room had not be properly cleaned and found other peoples food in the freezer.
Disappointed and will not be returning ever!

My boyfriend woke up twice got bite twice
With Bed bug bites
We complained about it at 2am
They put us in another room
I would not go there
No staff
The one guy who works there
Sits on his phone most of the night
The pool area had no towels and we had to go tell them very upset
I know need to go wash my clothes at a laundromat and pay extra money so I can wear my clothes
