This is my favorite hotel in tulare county. Its always well cleaned, the most comfortable beds, the color themes. Also the blackout curtains and shades will help you get the best sleep. I typically book this hotel when i need a silent relaxing getaway and the rates are cheaper compared to others

The stay was great. Cleanness of the room is excellent and smell good. The breakfast was excellent. They offer scramble egg, cheese omelet, french toast, waffle, potatoes, bread and Annie's apple pastries. Nest day The breakfast include scramble egg, sausage, pancakes, waffles, bread, potatoes and Annie's apple pastries. Two things they will be improve: 1- Toilet don't have elongated bowl close cover and 2- some people that don't stay at hotel, use the parking to do things like car repairs.

Room wasn’t spacious enough for the 2 beds. Bathroom area was great. Has working elevator, microwave and mini fridge. Outside pool. 1 washer and dryer moderately price ( small but older type you’d have in a home ) Was on 2nd floor and could hear a lot of movement from other rooms as well as the road. Very uncomfortable outside on the property due to such a large amount of homeless camped out in the parking lot and all around the hotel. Well worth the price if you won’t spend time outside there.

Rooms smelled weird, fridge was broken even the ice machine wasn’t working.. tv didn’t work. Cleaning ladies were loud outside the window early morning.

The rooms are very nice and the staff is lovely as well. Where it sits is by the freeway on an offramp and there are a lot of transient people and trash in the neighboring parking lots and surrounding areas. The hotel itself is kept very nice.

The room itself was nice, however i did notice what looked like either cereal or possibly dog food on the floor? Looked like the room wasn’t swept properly.. the shower pressure was also terrible..and i kept getting woken up around 4AM with someone walking very loudly on the room above mine. The area wasn’t the best, a lot of homeless people walking around or sitting near by.

The positives: the renovated rooms are so cute, feel very updated, clean, and comfortable. The staff is so kind! Free breakfast is always awesome too!
The cons: the outside amenities could use some love. Our group found 2 separate beehives attached to the building. There is only one ice machine and it’s on the 1st floor. Not convenient when you’re on the 3rd floor. It was very noisy at night. Lots of people outside talking loud. Lastly, and I know this is out of their control, but there a homeless encampment on the other side of the wall. Some of it spills over into the parking lot. My son actually used the words he felt unsafe.
All in all, if I were traveling without my children, this a a great 1 night quick stop, especially for the price.

Booked at this hotel, but property manager called a few days prior to let me know they were oversold on rooms with two double beds, so offered to move me to their sister hotel in Visalia with no change in cost. The hotel in Visalia they transferred me to was the Comfort Suites- large room and friendly staff with free breakfast. Appreciate the great customer service and the staff making sure we were well accommodated.
