We had a great stay at this hotel. We loved that there was a coffee shop and a restaurant, which ended up being one of the best meals we had in the area since we were there for a conference and didn't have the opportunity to explore Denver's food scene outside of the tourist areas. The only issues we had were 1) the hotel was really "staticy," as in we were often "shocked" when touching surfaces like door handles and elevator buttons and 2) there were some minor stains on our bedding.

We were locked out of our room for 9 hours! We told staff at 2pm they said they would fix the issue so we could get into our room so we left went shopping and went to dinner. Returned to the hotel at 9pm and we still couldn’t get into our room. We had to wait an additional 2 hours before we were able to get into our hotel room!

Location was good for downtown and good for conferences. Parking was in the adjacent garage (not cheap) but easier than the valet choices at other hotels.

it was good, checkout said 12pm and the house keeper was rushing us out starting at 11:30am. If you wanted people gone before noon, make your check out time 11am. I booked this hotel because of the later check out time, but it felt like it was a 11am checkout the whole time.

The property was under construction, dark, felt some what unsafe. The person checking in seemed distracted. I didn't feel that they were very safe in the environment. It's likely all of that will improve when construction is complete.
