Hilton Garden Inn Ithaca

Overall a great experience for our one night stay. Staff was super friendly and very helpful both on the phone and in person. Room had ample space, seperate sleeping, kitchenette, living room, two tvs and two bathrooms. The decor was modern and the blue/silver glass wall is a stunning touch. Furniture/bed was comfortable and well maintained/clean. Location is perfect for walking to any of the local venues/attractions and there is a nice restaurant off the lobby. Highly recommend Hilton Garden!!

Staff was great but our reservation wasn’t confirmed. They told us that Expedia hadn’t confirmed our booking. Very frustrating.

Extremely basic rooms , do not correspond to the room price. Bathroom did not have even a place for hanging towels to dry…

Amazing hotel

Good location for access to common areas in downtown Ithaca. Plenty of restaurant options and easy bus access to campus. Staff very helpful

Staff were outstanding, the suite was perfect for our family of 4 and they provided a rollaway bed at no extra charge. Good value and would definitely return.

All great. Friendly staff and good location. Good gym and pool/jacuzzi. The rooms didn’t have body wash on the shower.

The Section VI Swimming & Diving team had an amazing stay at the Hilton Garden Inn, Ithaca, NY. Every room was immaculate, comfortable, and well maintained. The food was great, abundant, and perfect for large groups of people.

The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The room was clean and quiet, and the blackout shades came in handy. The parking is very convenient.

Convenient

The property is in poor condition. The room had a heavy smell of dust and didn’t feel clean, with stained sheets and an overall outdated appearance lacking basic amenities. The bathroom curtain was in worse condition than expected, showing excessive wear and tear. It was barely tolerable—had we not arrived at 10:30 PM, we would have left. We even didn’t took the breakfast that we paid for in the morning. I was genuinely shocked that these were the standards at a Garden Inn hotel. I’ve had positive experiences with the brand in the past, but this stay makes me question whether I’d return to any of their locations. I wasn’t expecting Conrad-level experience, but I also didn’t anticipate something resembling a low-grade motel.
