Our room was dirty and uncomfortable. There were flies all over the room that I had to keep killing. When we first got to our room there was no toilet paper, towels, or coffee so I had to go to the front desk and get these basics.
The staff is/was fine but the room was not prepared properly and was very dirty and uncomfortable. This was a $300 room at the Holiday Inn Express!
