receptionist was rude, the room was hot and musty, the wi-fi did not work, and breakfast still wasn't open at 6:50 am when we finely left. (Advertised at 6:00 am)

Check-in was great. Very pleasant and helpful

The chaise in my room was badly stained with who knows what. Check in took a long time because there was a crew of construction workers checking in and the 2nd attendant didn’t realize that I was not part of their group. Outside of those 2 things, everything was really good.

This Holiday Inn Express has been updated and the amenities are top notch. Beginning with the large bathroom that is excellent for wheelchairs. I wish they had some sort of a small table to accommodate those of us who take are phones to the restroom. Just saying. The blinds are controlled by the touch of a button, and the coffee bar area has a small sink that makes too much sense. The tall closet with attached bench makes opening a suitcase or sitting down to unwind and added convenience. The beds and pillows are firm which is my taste, and the shower includes a handheld which I’ve wanted from hotels for the longest. Awesome job Holiday Inn Express.

The breakfast at this Holiday Inn express was a joke. I typically always stay at Holiday Inn express I love them, but when I went down for breakfast, there were no eggs. The gravy was cold for the biscuits. I asked for hot water to make tea and thought I would have some oatmeal. I asked for five times never received. It ended up eating breakfast at the gas station next-door.

Is located in a point of easy acces to other cities. Also is near of variety of fast food restaurants. The staff is so nice, the facilities so clean and the included buffet breakfast is a plus. Not to get out to take the breakfast. Thank you!
