Amazing

The property area was clean and well maintained. The staff were very professional and friendly. I was not pleased with the room I was assigned. The tub area had what appeared to be mold stains and hair was in the towels. Of course I didn’t use those. Also an area of the carpet had a beverage stain that should have gotten cleaned before assigning the room. I just don’t feel like extra effort was put into cleanliness of the room in its entirety. I thought about requesting another room but I was just too exhausted from traveling. All I wanted to do was sleep. I still regret staying in a room in that condition. I wouldn’t dare bathe in a stained shower at home or feel comfortable walking on a stained carpet. For the price, it’s just unacceptable.

Friendly staff...but when i had to used the washer it took 100 off my card really unsure.. then their was a roach in thr bathroom i have adhd ocd i freak out scared aboutthr bugs

The staff was wonderful but the room wasn't as clean as I would have liked. There was hair on the bathroom floor, crumbs in the bed, plastic hair beads in the corner, and sunflower seeds on the floor. It looked like they just made the beds and said, "Yeah, this is good." Oh, and theres only 1 elevator for 3 floors which made for a good wait each day.

It was an emergency situation, could have gotten a better hotel for that price.

I am not sure what all to say but the staff was amazing and the hotel itself was so clean. We really enjoyed our Mother's Day getaway.

Room was better than expected. Breakfast was nice. Staff was very pleasant, friendly, and courteous. Would stay again just because of the employees.

Capitalizing on our Carelessness If it wasn't for events right after we left, I would have given this hotel a 4 star rating. As most people know, it's never a good idea to leave valuables or money lying around in a hotel room. I mistakenly left my husband's wallet and $140 in the room when we checked out. I received a call about 30 minutes later (on our drive home) that the housekeeper found my husband's wallet, but there was no mention of the money. Another lady (I assumed the manager) questioned the housekeeper, who said she didn't see any money. Obviously, the housekeeper pocketed it, and I understand that it was a she said/she said situation. Still doesn't make it right. Our carelessness should not lead to theft. Also, another lady, a front desk clerk, said she would mail my husband's wallet; however, she didn't get a receipt, reference #, or tracking # to ensure that she actually mailed it. It is almost a week later, and we haven't received it. The hotel just told us to call UPS ourselves. Not reassuring. This was our 2nd time staying here, but we will not be back.

Evening Staff was fun and friendly

My check-in was smooth and thr front desk asst, Gabriel, was nice & professional. My checkout experience was equally good as the Mngr, Toya, was very prfessional & helpful. She even accommodated me regarding a minor misunderstanding. I truly enjoyed my stay!

I was disappointed there was only elevator. Also, the beds were soft and uncomfortable.

We didnot get the # of beds we needed and had reserved. One of us 80 year ld women (party of 3 wpmen over 80)couch was filthy and bedding for couch had been used and was dirty
