Staff very accommodating

The property is older and needs to be refreshed.

The hotel looks worn, carpet in hallway is in bad shape, musty smell throughout hotel and in the room. Mold in the shower.

Everything was perfect EXCEPT the women at the counter on checkout day. I asked for a printed receipt and she said no they couldnt do that. Now normally i wouldnt care but she was so rude about it.

Is pricy for the overall condition, the breakfast was midlevel. The staff was friendly, kind, and professional. professional.

Was okay for what was needed, a bed and a shower. Fridge in the room made noise. I was on the bottom floor across from the pool which was noisy. Wasn't the cleanest.

This might be listed as pet friendly but they do not mention the extra fees for each pet for each day you stay. Not a good surprise. $40 per dog for each night.

Staff was nice

The refrigerator did not work. We asked for a replacement. The front desk receptionist said the maintenance man was off duty and she was the only employee on site. I had medication that needed to be kept cool. We ended up using ice from the machine all night and hoping for the best.

The beds, sheets and towels were CLEAN and crisp which is the best part, but the other furniture in the room was - well, let's just say "not as clean." The building is old, floors "creek" and sag when walking down the hallways on 2nd floor. Pretty noisy, but the AC was louder than the door slams and neighboring running kids... Overall, it's okay - but I wish they would've built a new concrete/steel building, instead of giving an aged structure an exterior facelift.and new fixtures. Lipstick on a pig but the sheets and bedding were fine. Staff was fantastic, and very friendly. Lobby was updated and looked good. on a 1-10 scale, I'd give it a good 6.5 - 7.0...

Not worth the money. Pool water smelled. Towels smelled musty. No "complimentary" earpods as noted in gym. Definitely maybe a 3 star.
