Holiday Inn Express RICHMOND AIRPORT by IHG, an IHG Hotel

The hotel seemed clean. The room I am in smells of moisture. Bad smell. I would complain if I was staying more than a quick night. Bad smell in room l.

Very professional and courteous. Breakfast was great!!

Property was close to airport and provided airport shuttle. Not all the staff seemed happy. You had one that was really friendly and then others that were just dismissive to guest. I have stayed at Holiday Inn Express on several occasions and always enjoyed good breakfast and friendly staff. The one single thing at this hotel that was really disappointing was the breakfast. Coffee was watery, choice of breads stale, cinnamon roll was not fresh. Everything was on styrofoam plates which I thought was so not eco friendly at all

Nice rooms, great breakfast

Hotel was very nice and clean. Staff were friendly and responsive, and cleaning staff was great. The pool was nice and the complimentary breakfast might have been the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. Great value.

Good location, quiet, clean. Up to the usual Holiday Inn Express standards.

Great room very clean hotel

The hotel staff was very nice but the hotel is very worn down. The furniture in the room was ripped, the carpets old and smelly. The pool was gross.

Easy access to RIC airport via hotel shuttle; vary accommodating staff

Everyone of the staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was very quiet. Breakfast was really excellent, fresh with a different selection of hot items each day we were there. And we really appreciated having fresh coffee available in the lobby all day. We had a wonderful stay.

The toilet in our room didn’t flush when we got there. We asked for another room but the hotel was booked. The front desk person suggested to jiggle the inside of the toilet on our own. A maintenance person was never sent.

Property was very clean and staff was very helpful.

We had to switch rooms three times. The 1st room was leaking water all over the bathroom from the ceilingand was flooded, the second room that they gave us as an(upgrade for our troubles) we entered our room and was hit with smells that were so bad we did not even wanna leave our suitcases in there to go downstairs to speak to the night clerk. It was so pungent and nasty. We had to get another room. The property around this place is kind of wooded and there were people hanging out in the parking lot drinking and we saw a prostitute. I would not suggest this property to anyone. I travel very frequently to Florida and the Florida Keys. (about every two months). If you are looking to have a clean room and can go to sleep with feeling secure in your hotel room, this is not the hotel for you. The night clerk was very friendly and helpful. That’s about all I can say.

Beds were dirty and requested 2 times for sheets to be changed and nothing was done about it. Found hair and stains on the pillow and sheets

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was great especially the lady serving breakfast. She was very kind and accommodating.
