Great location! Just across Salt Palace convention centre and not far from City Creek mall. Room is spacious and clean, comfy bed and nice bathroom. I am glad I stayed there.

We stayed here for a volleyball tournament and it was in walking distance of Convention Center. Lots of food on all sides 100ft in all directions. Refrigerator and was clean and quiet!

This was negative experience, the sauna wasn’t working when I used the pool, the ice machine out of order on my floor and I went up and down several floors to find one and only 1 elevator was working at the same time, the blind in my room didn’t rolled down, very loud noise happened and repeated multiple times between 6-7am that woke me up. I called front desk no one asked me. All these happened on the same day and I only stayed one night!! How can you ask me to rate my stays! I never experienced this before from my years of business travel.

This Holiday Inn Express is a good choice of accommodations. It was clean, comfortable, and affordable. Right in the heart of downtown SLC, it provides an excellent base for exploring the city without breaking the bank. Don't expect lots of frills; just a quiet, friendly place to lay your head at night. We had a good experience here for our first visit to SLC.

Great property, clean and comfortable. Pools was great. Only down side I was traveling for business and my wife drove to meet me so we had two cars. Site says parking available but nothing about only for one car. Told manager issue and still did not care. Cost me 75.00 extra to park my truck offsite so my wife’s car could be parked onsite. All weekend there was plenty of parking. Need to update site to say only one car allowed.

Loved everything but grave yard security staff was rude to us entering the property during after hours. We was not loud when entering, security was rudely criticize us for not letting them know we was leaving property. We did not know it was a requirement to let staff know.

Everything was ok but the inside duviet was dirty and the stain was hard so hadn’t been washed.. foundation on pillow case. Found in the morning or I would have had them change it all first

I was happy to find not one, not two, but three coffee machines that made fantastic coffee. My daughter loved the fresh pancakes and my son ate the cinnamon buns every morning. Our room was serviced promptly every day and my kids and I have zero complaints over all.

The holiday inn express is right next to the Salt Lake convention center. It was perfect for us. We walked across the street and walked into the convention center in like 2 minutes. The rooms are spacious, and our grandson loved the pool. The pool area also had a huge hot tub and sauna.
