Terrible facilities, they never cleaned our room not 1 time in the 5 days we spent there..they lied about the hotub working prior to my booking when i called a week ago about it .all the rooms on the 3rd floor had a funky smell from a water damage noneone helped with any solutions towards the unsatisfactory conditions..i wont be booking thru expedia again and il never stay at a holiday in again ither

This place is nice, good location, clean. This is the second time we stay here. The only complain I have is that the pool and jacuzzi were not working. The water was very cold even in the spa.

What we were most disappointed about is that we stayed here a year ago and the hot tub was broken, and it was still broken but still being advertised. The beds were uncomfortable and pillows were super lumpey but having the breakfast was nice and convenient. The workers were friendly.

Card keys would not open side door or back door not to mention took several attempts to open our room door. TV took forever to turn on. No hotel information in our room. We stayed on the third floor but ice was only available on the first floor

Staff was nice enough. Issues with the property. The hot tub that they had on site was not working, there were no towels in the room when we arrived. Ask the stuff if they could bring towels they let us know that there was no housekeeping and was only able to give a floor mats to dry off. And I know that it was not their fault but then the power turned off for about an hour around 10:00. I will say the breakfast was not bad and the cinnamon rolls were delicious. The gym is also very very small and it was obvious that people had stolen the dumbbells, there were only five left on the rack

Very old room outdated. Chipping paint in bathrooms and air conditioner did not work. For the price you pay you could spend just 30 or 40 more dollars a night and have a high end hotel. I think they get you off of convenience and availability.

Our stay at Holiday Express was very nice. The room was clean and roomy. The food was good for breakfast but I missed having some oatmeal it was available one day but not the other. Our room was quiet except for the carts in the hall occasionally. Parking was almost a problem there was only one or two spaces left in back when we came home from my great granddaughter's wedding. I would recommend this place to anyone.
