Lupe at check in was very welcoming as well as Veronica later in the evening made sure we didn’t need anything. Quiet and safe location. Currenlty under construction but never heard a noise. Room was updated. Comfortable beds. Will definitely stay again.

Bed bugs which required urgent care visit plus prescriptions for my 82 year old mother. Plus the cost of buying new clothes so we had something infested to wear while we washed all our clothes. After we packed and moved to a new hotel.
Should have our whole stay refunded plus medical and inconvenience costs.
