Easy to get around - hotel and room very clean

Great clean room. The ac didnt go below 68 degrees

Service in the bar was interesting , not too friendly.

The location of the hotel suited our needs. We liked how the museums were within walking distance. There were very limited food choices. Most nights we ended up at the one hotel restaurant for dinner. We were very grateful for the restaurant onsite, but there wasn’t anything else around. (Out of hotel’s control, I understand).

The hotel is in great location to monuments

This hotel is okay overall . There are a few things that need to be addressed. The walls are so thin you can hear conversations of the guest in the rooms beside you pretty clear. The water pressure is atrocious. I have long hair and struggled to get the shampoo out of my hair it was so bad. The plugs in the room are limited that are not blocked behind heavy furniture. The sockets are so worn out in room 414 in between the beds and bathrooms that they have trouble charging phones. We had to roll up hand towels under the chargers to keep them in the wall. Parking even for D.C for this quality hotel is high at 59.00 a night, breakfast is the same buffet you typically get at this chain for free but its 25.00 a person. Other than the above mentioned negatives its in a pretty walkable area. The staff were all nice but especially in the breakfast are.

Not clean. Even the elevators are dirty. the air condition is very loud.

Great location that wasnt horribly expensive. The national mall and all of the Smithsonian museums are well within walking distance.

Great location in the heart of everything. Convenient paid parking option. Front desk staff was rude each time I spoke with them, they were short in their responses and oddly condescending. I tried to avoid speaking to them unless necessary. It was unfortunate that the attitudes at the front desk put a bit of a damper on a trip we were so excited about.

Amazing location for the price

The property is located in a very convenient area. Walking distance to multiple museums and to the metro! The area was also very nice and clean as well as the hotel! The staff was very nice and even gave me waters for the first day of my stay and a map with recommended spots to visit !

The hotel staff was friendly and the room was clean. The room/hotel wasn’t out of this world fancy, but the location at this price point were hard to beat. The location was perfect to visit to the Smithsonian museums and monuments. A Starbucks with a friendly staff is connected, which was convenient on rainy mornings. The parking garage is a public garage attached to the hotel, but we were able to purchase parking through the hotel. It was nice to park our own car and have in and out privileges. The tv in the room was very old fashioned (had to flip channels like the 2000’s), but we didn’t go to DC for a tv!

We really enjoyed the onsite restaurants. It was an easy walk to the Smithsonian museums. My only issue was the AC didn't work very well.

Excellent property in a great location for viewing DC sites. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant and bar was wonderful as well.

Wanted to see the view from the rooftop but was told it's closed Sunday and Monday, the two days I was there

It is near the national mall and the Space Museum.

Walking distance to the Washington Monument.
