During check-in the staff seemed annoyed and was really pushy with the Hilton honors program. The beds are tiny. Had i known, i would have booked a king. Other than that, the room was awesome. It's in a cute safe area with some nice restaurants.

Our room was great and I loved having a full size fridge. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend!!

Requested late checkout and told could checkout at 1. Room broken in to 3 times lock popped while dressing. Threatening call made to room we needed to leave at 12 or we would be charged another day. Both dressing and showering to leave as fast as we could. Beautiful property but staff is ruining this location. Called complaint line.

I love this hotel and have stayed here numerous times now as my daughter is a student at Anderson University. It's a bit pricey but very clean and safe.

This place is Nice! The staff is great, and the amenities are amazing. It's downtown, which means lots of places to shop and eat. It gets bumped from 5 stars to 4 because it's next to a fire and police department, which means regular sirens at all hours.

Beautiful new hotel. Our room is spacious with lots of drawers, counter space, and closet for luggage. Lots of thoughtfully-placed electrical outlets for plus, device charging, etc. Bright bathroom, very clean. Overall, great little place to stay.

Clean well laid out rooms, full kitchen, keurig; easy parking, walkable location, restaurants nearby. Would love if the bathroom had a fan.

Pleasant check-in experience & friendly staff

Even though it was just a 1 night stay, the hotel was excellent, staff was very friendly, it was within walking distance of everything that we wanted.Hotel was super clean. Would stay at this hotel again in the future.

The breakfast was delicious and with more options than I expected for the size of the area. Our room was very roomy and the beds comfortable. Being downtown there were inevitable noises from the road. We were attending a wedding at the venue across the street and enjoyed the walkability and dining options neaeby.

Don't give them your business. They don't appreciate their customers and are too greedy to understand the value of being fair. A reservation was made at near midnight and was in error. A request to cancel the reservation and refund the money was sent within minutes of the reservation being made. They stood by the fine print and denied a refund despite the fact that they undoubtedly did not lose business for the room being reserved, as it was available at midnight the night of, and the reservation for one night is a drop in the bucket of their total revenue. Pure, unadulterated greed. This speaks to the owner/managements value and principles and is a massive red flag. They don't deserve your patronage.

If our daughter decides to attend the local university, we will be staying here all the time. Nice place located in a beautiful downtown area.

This property was clean and very nice. Staff was very helpful and friendly! Great customer service with the front desk at check in and check out! Rooftop restaurant was great. Good atmosphere and food!

I stay in a lot of hotels and the comforter here was heavenly - so soft - I didn’t want to get up and go. Great location. Great staff.
