Good place to stay. Clean. Friendly. Lots of restaurants and a target nearby

It was good and clean

Loved the hotel. One complaint would be walls are thin. I could hear every footstep above us and the people next to us were talking what seemed to be very loud while I was trying to sleep.

We were told the electric was going to be shut off from 10p-6a. I had 30 minutes to pack and had to find another hotel. Everything in Hubstville was taken. I had to drive to The Woodlands and pay almost $200 to get another room at the Hone 2Suites I am hopeful the company will do the right thing and refund us the night we could t stay there and a voucher for future use.

Nice place to stay. Seems to be new or they clean very well!!! I would stay there again.

great staff

Had a lot of folks stay here for a wedding. Everyone enjoyed their rooms, the breakfasts and the facility!

Staff was absolutely excellent and it’s a nice place

Excellent stay!! The only feedback would be the bed and bedding. The mattress was too firm and the blankets weren’t soft but that’s personal preference. The staff is amazing, it’s clean, beautiful and the free breakfast was amazing!!

At check in, I was told that my reservation had been canceled. The hotel was sold out so i had to find somewhere else at the last second. Not a happy camper to say the least.

Great place to stay. The only thing better could be the pillows. They were very thin and uncomfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great staff and convenient

The rooms were nice and clean. We had two rooms and it was plenty of space for my family of seven. The amenities were great and the staff was very friendly.

Terrible staff. My room wasn’t cleaned at all over three days. On my third day I asked for clean towels. Brigitte at the front desk could not have been more horrible. I could not get her attention by phone or when I came down in person. Failing to get towels through her I asked to speak to the manager: Joe. Joe didn’t help either and suggested that I’d put a do-not-disturb sign on the door. I told him that I absolutely hadn’t. He remained unsympathetic and would not tell me his surname. Brigitte had a name tag on but turned it around so I couldn’t see her surname. I can understand why they want to stay anonymous; they’re rude and bad at their jobs. Don’t stay in this hotel. Not worth the poor service and aggravation. I have never given a bad review in my life. But this Home2 Suites deserves it.

The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly. The only drawback was the pillows were flat.

The room in the hotel were all very clean. I did not feel like the front desk. Staff was as trained as they could’ve been, they were unable to help with some issues that we encountered upon checking in. But they were nice and helpful and overall, everything was great, the breakfast was pretty good, I do not feel like they had supplied enough breakfast for all of the people that were staying in the hotel. Very picked over and was not being refilled. Boiled eggs were not good But everything else is very good.

My stay was great but when I was checking in there was no reservation for me , they could not find my reservation . Luckily there was a room available for me . I’m guessing there was no reservation since I didn’t pay online at time of booking
