The room, the view and all the contents of the room was great. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The location of the hotel was awesome. Would like to stay there again and would recommend to others visiting Miami.

My family thoroughly enjoyed their vacation. The property was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful and everything was just as advertised. My family especially loved the breakfast buffet every morning.

Loved this place! Would definitely come back. My one and only complaint is that every door in that hotel slams closed, especially your room door. The maids come in and out while cleaning the rooms and slam the door closed every time. Not just slamming the door but it slams so hard that the walls shake.
Other than that this place is amazing!

My initial interaction with the staff was terrible which is what prompted me to find another hotel to stay at. I work in costumer service as well so I get being overwhelmed with people and questions. The staff was rude and short so I gathered my child and belongings and left.
