Everything was amazing! So many amenities, breakfast was delicious and bountiful, beds and pillows soooo comfortable, suite was so spacious and well supplied … would definitely choose the hotel chain again!!

We had a really great stay.
The only problem was the conditioner
Bottle fell off the shower wall in the middle of the night and scared the bejesus out of us.
The accommodations were great, service
Was great , all in all a great experience.

It was a one night stay to visit relatives and unfortunately, we arrived late. The staff was courteous and helpful. The accomodations were very nice and would be favorable to a multi day stay.

A huge shout out to Ms. Lori for being the most wonderful and helpful receptionist that we have ever had the pleasure of interacting with!
I made a mistake when reserving our room, and Ms. Lori went out of her way to make sure that we got everything fixed - even though it wasn’t the hotel’s fault.

We’ve stayed at this property twice now to go to the Polar express. It’s very nice for families with multiple children as there’s a sleeper sofa in the room and also a curtain! The staff have been very nice each time and the rooms are always clean. It is right next to the interstate so it can be a little noisy at times but not overwhelmingly so.
