Stay was very nice

I had a amazing stay until I woke up to check on my children & it was urine all over each bed & my children were laying in ! I’m so disappointed

We were hopeful for a nice pool and hot tub, but the hot tub was a green color, fowl smell, and caused my daughter to break out in bumps/rash. The room was nice. Elevator was fast. Parking is expensive. There is street parking you can find for free around the area but not sure if there is time limits on street parking. We parked in a garage a half a block away and paid $18 a day for the weekend, $25 a day during week.

I would definitely stay here again !

The hotel was located very close to the U of Penn. An inviting lobby and the complimentary breakfast was adequate. The room was very spacious with a full size refrigerate and small kitchen area with a microwave and cooking top. The separate sleeping area was comfortable.

They need to review their cleanliness policy. And do a total check up on the property. It’s sooo. outdated the rate someone pays for that hotel is ridiculous

Arrived at this hotel around 7:30 PM to a ghost town. Valet was not around. There was a sign there saying the valet was away. So I parked my car in a line of cars. Went to the front desk and there was also a sign there saying they had stepped away. Me and another guest who came after I did waited 10 minutes for an employee to return to check us in. I could understand if I checked in around 3 AM. But 7:30 PM and the staff is missing??? I went back FIVE different times to the valet before FINALLY finding him. For around $250 a night I expect better than this!

We enjoyed our stay , nice and quiet right in the city !

Shower pressure was terrible. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly. I used the Hilton app for contactless check in but it was useless basically. They charge $45 per night for parking so I didn’t bring my car, but somehow I was still charged and had to call and ask to be refunded. Which they did but had I not checked. How many people are they charging without them knowing? The pool and hot tub were ok but they should clean it more often. The breakfast spread was nice but they should label all the foods I wasn’t sure what meats they had out because they were not labeled so I didn’t eat it. Elevators were quick I liked that.

The staff was courteous and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. My only issue was the AC wasn't working properly. The room was cool but not as cool as it should have been. Could have been my fault. You have many choices for the included breakfast which is nice. Overall it was a great hotel to stay at.

Well-maintained free-weight / aerobic fitness room.

Amenities are great as always, however the breakfast was a little lack-luster

We had a late flight in.when we arrive there was no one there at front area to let you know what to do with car. The valet person was no where to be seeing. We ended up going

They did offer GrubHub with no delivery fee so that was great.

It was a great stay. Very good hotel, clean and nice staff. The only negative was that one of the elevators was not working and so it made for big delays during busy times of day.

Great location, walking distance to UPenn.

Beware of this hotel when using Expedia. I booked months in advance. The hotel charged my credit card in advance of my stay. I called the hotel to confirm it was not fraud, and Kayla advised it was their policy to charge the week before because the hotel was booked for the dates of my stay. My stay was for my son’s college graduation weekend. Upon arrival, the front desk clerk said Expedia canceled my booking and that they did not have a reservation for me. Long story short, I had to contact Expedia who then had to contact hotel. Hotel attempted to take advantage of grad weekend rates and canceled my booking. Not good business practice. Lots of unnecessary stress for what should have been an enjoyable weekend.

The rooms AC wasn’t working well. The lamp shade and curtains had stains all over them. Black mold in the shower around the chalking
