It’s not the fanciest hotel on the strip. And the pool is super basic but the rooms were clean. The staff was helpful. And it was located near a lot of places to eat. Also we got to go swim at the Paris hotel pool next door when their pool wasn’t open for the season yet. Overall a good price for the stay.

Regardless of me being a Gold member, they would not let me have a late check out even though I’m a member with Expedia they said in order to have a late check out I would’ve had to have a higher reward with Caesars reward card

This is our second trip to the horseshoe. The worst thing we can expect is some minor damages (paint chips), but we also can depend on a clean, comfortable stay with super friendly staff!

I liked the shopping near the hotel and restaurants and it was quite and the staff was very nice. On the other hand our room was very used and not updated windows were dirty and the pool is closed for the season and wasn't notified but we had to share the Paris hotel pool which made it very busy with no place to sit and we had to put our stuff on the side and not relax in a chair unless we rented a cabana. But we did have fun cause Vegas always makes it worth the visit.

It was not a good experience from the beginning but they have a great manager and she resolved the problem quickly and efficiently. I really appreciate her help and it was a pleasure talking to her. Check in staff were not friendly at all and in addition to that they gave me a key which was not working (spent 30min with security next to my closed door to verify my identity again) and provided misleading info about the room location. Terrible night.

We enjoyed our stay at the Horeshoe in Las Vegas. The room was a little older but still nice and fine for sleeping. I wish the bathroom had been a little newer, and some softer pillows would have also been better. I enjoyed the view of the mountains and was treated to a beautiful sunrise. Which reminds me, the blackout drapes have a large gap on top, so a lot of light gets into the room. If light bothers you, bring an eye mask. I forgot mine and was sad! Otherwise, great trip! I loved being next to Paris and close to center strip. We also rode the monorail, which was a fun way to get around.

Hotel room was not completed checked when cleaned. There was an old piece of pizza in the mini fridge and a pole bag of cheese puffs. That was very annoying and disappointed. I never had an issue in this hotel before. I had really liked horseshoe hotel before.

What happened to hospitality? We get there and are told to check in using a kiosk because they only two people checking everyone in. Then while checking it asks if you want the parking fees ( yes, you have to pay for parking in the same hotel your paying for a room and speaking money gambling) added to your room bill so I agreed. They don’t explain
