Awesome price, although a little dated, the rooms are very clean. Bed is quite comfortable. Had an issue with the air conditioning but manager had the problem satisfactorily handled within a few mins. We visit this area often and we will absolutely stay here again.

Hotel appeared to be a little dated. No additional trash bags in the room. Bathroom walls were discolored, possibly moldy. Trash outside on the ground around the picnic table/ grill area.

This is an older property. I am sure it was very nice in years past. Only one elevator and we were on the other side of property. Doors to get into hotel were open. Breakfast was pre packaged honey buns, bars, and bananas.

We ended up leaving instead of spending the night due to the cleanliness of the room. The wall near the AC unit had water damage, and possibly mold, so we didn’t want to expose our kids to it.

The accommodations were perfect for what I needed that weekend. Spent most of my time with friends who were staying ant an hotel on the beach and this was a good option. Quiet. Clean. Definitely a great value for the price.

Our first impression was disappointment in that we had chosen the wrong place. I rarely give bad reviews so this is an exception.
The two good things about this property is that it is reasonably priced for the area and it is conveniently located to the beaches and restaurants.
The place needs work. The door locks are shoddy and overall the place needs more renovation, especially our bathtub. Even though it calls itself a hotel it's more like a motel. The staff are average though some were more helpful than others.

The room and bathroom were extremely dirty. The toilet was disgusting; the shower had hair and a ring around the tub. There were sticky liquid drips down the doors. Mold on the ceiling. The floor had a HOLE a foot wide under the carpet.

We stayed one night before check in at our rental property.
Old property with very loud AC and in-room dehumidifier who worked cooperatively and alternatively throughout the night. Again, very loud. If you need quiet to sleep then this may not work for you.
Bed was comfortable but that’s relative to each person.
If you want a low budget room then this is it.
