We stayed for our wedding night and it exceeded all expectations! Absolutely beautiful and comfortable!

Overnight stay on longer trip. Attached restaurant/bar was fun place to hang out. They weren’t overly busy (Sunday night) and allowed us to play cards at one table.

One of the best overnight stays that we have experienced! Great customer service, comfortable beds and beautiful decor and ambience. Five stars!

Great experience but train is loud

Super easy check in/check out and amazingly friendly staff. We arrived very late (1am), and the team was so accommodating and nice! The room was clean and spacious, and having really good coffee in the room is a nice touch. We were traveling with our dog, and they made him feel very welcome, too! We always stay at this hotel on our road trips if at all possible. p.s. the location is great (lots of local businesses/restaurants nearby) and feels very safe (police cars park in the adjacent garage.)

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Check in was very easy. The parking garage was separate from the hotel so it would have been nice to have a covered entrance into the hotel. We had a noise in our room that happened at 6:15am and again about an hour later, it was alarming and very disruptive as we had a late night from a concert, we did let the staff know and they were very apologetic about the disturbance and offered a discount to us. The breakfast options were not up to what was advertised, the photos online showed a full display case filled with donuts, cookies, croissants and other baked goods, this was not the case when we walked in the next morning, one brownie, one muffin, no donuts of any kind, they did have a lot of croissants but that was it. We would consider staying again but would be prepared to eat breakfast out and ask for a different room, the bed was very comfortable and we do love staying at Hilton hotels

No mini refrigerator and microwave in the room which I thought was odd. Had to throw away my leftover dinner. One of the lights near the bedside table did not work properly, flicker off & on when turned on. TV did not say welcome Amy upon arrival to room. Rooms are not very sound proof, could hear other guests opening & closing their doors all night as well as the showers starting in the early morning. Had to pay an extra $15.00 at check in for parking, not disclosing on the hotel website anywhere. The front desk agent never asked how my stay was at check out.

This Hotel is wonderful, the surrounding area is nice and walkable. Great bar, and bartender.

I called before I ever showed up for my stay and was hung up on by Angela at the front desk for asking if they offer early check in. When I called back she argued and told that she didn’t have a manager. I filed an official complaint and I never heard back from the hotel, not even after my stay. When I first walked into the king room I was struck by how empty it was and there was a vast empty space at the far end of the room where the windows were. It felt like a piece of furniture was missing. I checked the ad photos and my room was definitely missing an armchair and ottoman. I paid close to $1000 for the week, single king bed. I did expect free parking. I was really surprised by the fees for parking and older workout equipment in the fitness center. The room I stayed in didn’t have a mini fridge or a microwave. USB charging port on the left side of the bed did not work and the light on the right side of the bed did not work. I felt like I was constantly fighting with the air conditioner. It desperately wanted to blow cold air and it was snowing outside. Camilla in the front office is a doll, the cafe and little gift shop totally appeal and the hotel smells like burgers each night at dinner!

This was our first time in this city. We were there to see a show, at the Lerner Theatre and wanted a hotel close by. Couldn't have gotten any closer!! The staff were great. The hotel is super nice and modern. It was SUPER windy during our stay, and it was a bit noisy. Not sure they could do anything about that. And for some reason, they didn't put any heat into the bathroom. So, it was a little chilly. But it was a really nice room, and a super nice hotel.

I loved the ambience of this property. I also loved that you could still tell it was an older structure by the way they kept the old mail shoot next to the elevators. That is something I had never seen before. The building itself has been completely renovated, but they kept just a few things from when it was an apartment building. Quaint, yet modern. Very special indeed!

I only wish you had valet parking. Otherwise perfect. Everyone was helpful and friendly.
