The morning we had to check out the water was extremely hot no cold water and we couldn’t turn it off we had to call their engineer to come upstairs they did y fix it since we were checking out that morning we were going to past checkout time if we waited for them to fix it! No compensation for the inconvenience and fact that we could shower very frustrating

2 Front desk staffs were very helpful, Ivan & Leandro.
It will be nice if the jacuzzi is on the 3rd floor, where the swimming pool is.
More dining option inside the hotel will be good.

We booked this hotel for our Disneyland family vacation. It was very pretty and we loved the room! What we had issues with is being wrongfully charged multiple times then being charged 4 times for something we were meant to get refunded. We’re home now and still getting charged and our issues have not been resolved. It caused significant amount of stress on our vacation and it is still going on now.
