The suite was very nice; on the surface everything looked to have been cleaned and in good condition. The two queen beds in the bedroom are comfortable memory foam with extra pillows in the closet. The couch was not the most comfortable. Frontdesk did a good job on communication, but the listing could have made the parking situation clearer. You WILL need to park on street (that is the "offered" parking), but you also are likely to have no trouble finding a free spot if you look SOUTH of the building on College Ave (which is 1-way, so you can't just drive there directly). A few things on the condition that fell just a bit short of 5* - we found 2 cups left in the dishwasher and an orthodontics rubber band on the counter in the bathroom. I think the cleaner was maybe in a hurry that day, as on the surface everything was spotless but a step or two on the checklist was maybe assumed to be already done. The pots and dishes had a film of dishwasher powder on them - we just hand washed the ones we used first. I get it, the cost of "Finish Ultra" is insane. Furnishings (aside from the flat-screen Roku TV) are pretty spartan so bring your own alarm clock or make sure your phone can wake you up. I had forgotten what city noise is like - be advised that this is a 7th floor apartment so you will hear typical "low-rise" car noise during the night so a clock radio with a sleep timer might be helpful. Location is great and that basically makes up for all those other things.

The apartment was perfect! It was very spacious, clean, and in a great location. There were several eating places within walking distance. The communication was fantastic! I really felt like they cared a lot about us and making sure we enjoyed our stay there. I would recommend them.

There was nowhere to park. Carpets were dirty and stained and were not vacuumed. Blinds were broken. Had to leave the bathroom light on in order to run the ceiling fan on the bedroom. Needs an overall cleaning.

I rented a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment and 1 of the bathrooms did not work and one of the bedrooms had missing blinds, so no real privacy. I was disappointed. Website sent me to a wrong number so no one got my messages until the next day. When I finally talked to someone, they said they would take care of it ASAP. Nope. No one came out.

Its a strange set-up: one of the two rooms has no windows, but does have the en-suite bathroom. If you're good without windows, that's fine - but I don't prefer that. The other room has windows and balcony access, but doesn't have an attached bathroom. Also, the lights in that bathroom MUST be on, for the outlets in the bedroom to work. So you have to leave them on all night (not very energy efficient) in order to have your device charging in the room, and since there are no other clocks or alarms, it's necessary. Also that bathroom doesn't have a towel rack. And both bathtubs are stained, as are the carpets. The furnishing is minimal - just a bed and a night stand, so you have to be okay living out of the suitcase (nowhere to unpack), and it has to be on the floor - not even a luggage rack provided. "Off street parking available" in listing, but that means "go find it yourself." I found that misleading. There are no instructions for the thermostat, and it isn't as easy as up/down buttons. The bed and pillows are super basic - there are extra pillows, but they don't have cases, so it's hard to use more than one, and they're all super flat. The location here is perfect though, right at the top of the Mass Ave district, easy to walk to everything, and the communication was great - easy to know exactly what to do, how to access the unit, etc. I even made a last minute change to the reservation with no trouble. Unit itself needs some TLC, rest of experience was great.

The views and balcony were excellent. Beds were comfortable. It was supposed to be a smoke free community but the building and apart wreaked of marijuana. There were broken drawers and cabinet doors. Broken light switch plates, one of the toilets had a broken seat. The shower heads were terrible, could have taken a bath in the sink faster. The couch was shoddy and falling apart. They provided coffee, but no cream or sugar. The key had a split in it and was hard to get it to work.

Overall, a positive experience. Location was great to Mass Ave. it was clean, beds were comfortable. Check in and out was easy. It says it sleeps five guests. There are two queen beds, a standard couch, then an air mattress in the closet. There was no bedding that I could find for the fifth guest. She ended up driving an hour home instead of staying the night. Nothing to be done about this, but one bedroom and bathroom smelled strongly of marijuana, coming through vents from a neighboring apartment.
