Thank you for upgrading my room upon arrival. The hotel is absolutely amazing. Very clean and even though the hotel is located on two of the busiest avenues in Midtown Manhattan, the hotel is built so well resulting in an incredibly quiet experience culminating in us having an amazing night sleep. Thank you greatly for everything. See you next time.

I booked two nights and then added a third. When I checked in, the receptionist said I would have to change rooms after the first night which they had assured me I would not have to do when I added the extra night. Then bill was wrong at checkout and the attendant was irritated that I questioned it finally conceding I was right. Very unprofessional.

I stay here each time I come to NY. Its location is the biggest draw. I had an issue after midnight kids running and screaming - but they handled it swiftly and allowed me to go back to sleep.
Staff is friendly and kind - hotel is well appointed and clean.

The hotel location is excellent. And it is clean. However, the room was very small and the beds were tiny (too small for two adults so one of us had to share the bed with our 8 yr old son). On the first night I asked for more pillows and they said they had no more pillows. Finally the soundproofing is not good enough for a 5 star hotel. On our last night we couldn’t sleep because of the noise from the neighbors (we could hear everything they were saying). I will not go back.

Staff members are helpful and pleasant.
I would recommend a check of your bill, issues are easily resolved, but add ons especially with the mini bar can occur.
