I am very appreciative to IP for holding my reservation after a very late check-in. Due to unforseen weather incident my flight was extremely delayed which caused me to be very late for check-in. I've never been late for a check-in, so I was worried & stressed. Thank you IP for assistance in what was a stressful time for me.

The property itself is nice, the rooms are fine and they are remodeling so it'll probably be nicer in the future. Has a great pool and hot tub and friendly staff. No microwave included in the room, but you can rent one for $30, which is a little ridiculous. The food available at most places is pretty average, but satisfying. The only exception to this is the Bayview cafe, don't waste your time there. Most of the extra restaurants and bars are closed during the week, so the options are a little limited. Overall not a bad stay, but don't expect anything too outstanding.

I have never experienced less comfortable pillows in my life! For three nights I "slept" horribly!! I would never stay here again because of that. And I am sorry, but it is is time to bring back housekeeping to hotels; the COVID scare is over. I should 't have to ask to have my garbage emptied or my bed maid. Standards are standards, and it is time to bring them back.

I liked the ease of check in at the front desk. I liked how clean and nice the room was, it was just remodeled.
I didn't like the strong cigarette smell when you walk in the front door of the facility. I wish there was a nicer bar area to listen to live music on a Weds or Thurs night, or maybe a place to dance with a DJ, 80's theme night. Overall it was an okay place to stay for the price.

I was impressed with the fresh style and decor. The hotel also smelled really nice. Check-in was easy and very friendly. I was able to get an upgrade.The amenities were clean and available. The pool was WONDERFUL. The bar was a BLAST! Everything was priced reasonably!!
