This is a fantastic property, stay true for two nights had a great time tucked away in a little corner of Los Angeles you don't even feel like you're in the city. Love the bar and the food at the bar was excellent pool table nice touch!

Enjoyed our stay, would stay again here when visiting LA. Convenient location, walking distance to Hollywood walk of fame, 15-20 minute drive to Griffith observatory and Universal. Hotel was very safe, clean and nice modern decor, larValet services prompt. Our only inconvenience was the outlets in our

Solid.

We were impressed with this hotel. It’s very organized and in a good location. The room service was excellent. The only complaint is the half glass on the shower which caused water to get all over the bathroom floor, but overall we enjoyed our stay and would pick this hotel again in the future. Beware of the $35 “amenity fee” as we were surprised to see this charge on our receipt as no one told us about it.

Despite clearly booking through Expedia, the hotel still charged my credit card directly for both rooms. When I brought the issue to their attention, they acknowledged the mistake and apologized—yet the charges remained. It ultimately took nearly a month to get the payments sorted out, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. If you plan to stay here and book through a third-party site like Expedia, I highly recommend you double-check with the front desk to ensure they do not also charge your credit card. While the staff was polite in their communication, apologies only go so far when you're still left chasing down a refund. The stay itself may have been fine, but the billing experience left a lasting negative impression.

Great space and very friendly staff! Everyone was genuinely happy and friendly. It was noisy Sunday night- but I could tell the staff were trying to handle the situation.

Stay was amazing! Just know that the only real option for parking is valet as there are no other lots or street parking near.

Clean property with excellent customer service

This property exceeded our expectations by far. The staff, from the men at the front to the cleaning lady—we’re all so friendly. It was such a nice gesture for us to get the free specialty coffees at check-in. The rooms were extremely clean. The beds were comfy. It was a wonderful place to stay. And within walking distance to most things you’d want to see. We really enjoyed it and highly recommend.

Great service and super quiet and clean room. Housekeeping does an excellent job!

Location was convenient with lots accessible within a 10-15 minute Uber ride. The first day the pool was not available due to a paid “pool party” where children were not allowed. Our room overlooked the freeway (all the Hollywood sign) rooms do with a bit of freeway noise. Walking to Thai Town we encountered many homeless people.

At check in, Spencer was friendly and accommodating. Offered complimentary cocktails for our wait, even though our room was ready minutes later!
