We had a three day two night stay over the weekend. Hotel was in a good area to everything. Our bathroom wasn’t the cleanest around the bottom of the toilet and the hallway smelled of cigarette smoke but the room itself was clean and the facility was good. Pool is open and staff was wonderful! Breakfast is complimentary. Not too shabby for the price and felt safe and comfortable once we tidied up to our liking.

I got in late due to flight and weather, and the young man at front desk, Rashin (?) sorry for spelling, was so kind and professional. He even helped me with my bags and assisted me when I couldn't find my room. He is an asset to your property.

Overall, it was a great place to stay when flying out of Raleigh. Of course, since it was by the airport, there was a good bit if noise from takeoffs and landings. The only suggestion I have for improvement would be to add some pastries to the breakfast bar. Bagels, toast and cereal isn't quite enough although the waffle maker is nice.

The room could use some maintenance. The sink was broken, the light was broken and did not come on, the carpet had stains and the refrigerator has to be plugged up because it’s not when you get the room so it takes time for your things to get cold. But other than that, everything else was great the food, the pool and the staff.

This poor hotel is pretty run down. They are trying to keep it going but…. Ac incredibly loud, door falling off where coffee makes stays, elevators just…ick. It’s convenient to the airport though, free shuttle etc and the staff is pretty nice.

We had a reservation for Friday June 6, 2025 and flying from Reno we consistently called the hotel and updated them on our arrival status, being delayed until Saturday afternoon we missed an entire night we paid for, then when we finally checked in at 3:00pm Saturday afternoon they had us marked as a no show, and gave our reservation away, luckily she gave us a room but we’d allready paid for reservation and wouldn’t work with me on correcting issue!! I’ll never stay at another la Quinta ever again and I’ll never use Expedia ever again
