MainStay Suites Las Vegas Convention Center

I liked my stay. But I wish there were pictures of the room on Expedia. Because I thought there were 2 bedrooms. Not 2 beds in a room.

Easy check-in. Just confirm with ID and no additional check or document.

Very comfy place, just wish update on bathroom door locks but still everything was awesome

Ideal location for me as my daughter was in hospital across the road. The team at MainStay were really helpful during a time of need and I can't Thank them enough for support. Some of these big resorts could take a leaf out of MainStays book regarding Customer Service.

Loved that the room had a microwave!! It’s a good place to stay if you’re going to be in Vegas for a week or more . Not to far the strip.

We got there to have a few surprise charges. I had clearly stated in my reservation we had our dog but then got there and they added a $25 pet fee. We also had to leave a $100 deposit. We also asked about the breakfast that was on the site and were told they don’t do that. Only coffee and tea. There wasnt coffee ready until after 7 (they had said 6:30). Also our door didn’t work well at all.

Terrible room and bathroom.. Totally not worth the money and trauma..

For a last minute stay I have to say the room was great. It had a full size fridge and a small stove top with a sink. Very comfortable. The tv was small and super low. They also offer dishes if needed. Would recommend 👌

This hotel had a horrible smell, especially in the hallways. The room was not very clean, and had a very firm bed. The refrigerator was very loud, and there was so much loud construction noise all night, it kept me up. The front desk people were nice, but overall we were not happy, and wont stay here again.

Ned sheets were wrinkled as if they had not been changed. Food under the bed, bandages and trash in drawers. Filthy!

Easy in and out. Great place to stay to avoid the LV strip.

Nice service during check-in. I felt safe during my stay.

Had a great stay. Very friendly service. Great price Probably going to stay there again next business trip. This is not the place if you're trying to impress your lady by bringing her to Las Vegas, but its great for avoiding the strip.

Lobby was locked. No sign on building showing name. Transients hanging out in parking lot and all around the building. This is basically the type of place that locals are just living in.We had to call and ask them what was going on as doors were all licked. They have to buzz you in.

Room, although cleaned for guests, was in poor condition. Curtains had holes in them due to sun damage, walls were dirty particularly in bathroom, floor didn’t look clean and shower/tub was disgusting! Had yellow and green hard water markings etched in tub. Reported and supposedly they came up to clean but tub is damaged and needs to be resurfaced and reglossed. In addition, the toilet seat, was broken. When you sit, you jiggle around. My elderly mother almost fell! Was also very odd that front desk rep said she couldn’t check me out and return my deposit until she checked my room. I’m 40 years old and have never had my room “checked” in order to leave and be checked out/get my deposit. Also false advertising with “free breakfast” when you only offer coffee and tea.

Key card didn't always work at the front door, street in front of the place was disgustingly busy, not a good place for walking dogs anywhere near it. It was more like a cheap apartment with permanent residents. Definitely would not recommend for anyone bringing pets who needs to walk their dogs.

The property was a bit dated, but it was clean and the guy at the front desk was very helpful.
