Motel 6 Beaumont, TX

Room was terrible, not clean, peeling ceiling in the bathroom, walls with large repaired areas that weren't painted. Food left in the microwave, refrigerator dirty. Pills left on the floor, threw 2 away and got 1 from my service dog but he had ingested part of it. Advertise pool but it was out of service. Lighting was poor in the room. Bed was comfortable though although spread had burn marks all over it

The stay was pretty nice and comfortable for a kind of small room. It was cleaned well and had a decent amount of TV channels. The worst part was the man at the front desk trying to double charge me after i already made and paid a reservation. After waiting quite a while and finally settling that situation, i am NEVER getting a room there ever again!

Huge Roach climbing on the wall of my room and the A/c controls were inoperative. The ac was cooling but the unit looked like it was partially disassembled. I was afraid to touch it fearing it would stop. Sure, I could then ask for another room but since I checked in at midnight, I was tired. Just wanted to sleep. The bathtub needed to be replaced. Looks like it was patched and refinished/ touched up for years. That said, the staff was polite and I have no real complaints. It was a convenient location and I was in a SMOKING ROOM. Smoking rooms seem to always be beaten to hell.

Just not a clean motel… no services at all. They had coffee in the lobby in the morning.

Room was dirty. Cockroaches scurried around the floor, the furniture on the eating table. Had to wipe everything with Clorox. Dirty toilet and hair in the bathtub. Have stayed here before and did not have this experience but will not stay here again. Kept our food and luggage in the trunk of the car.

Sketchy area

Internet is bad. Roaches, can't get them to sweep or mop, change the sheets or get toliet paper.

Spent a night there. It is very accessible for me to go where I need to go. Great customer service. I like their hospitality.

I had to wait 4 hrs. for a room because they can' t confirm a my reservation.
