Great mid-town location, friendly staff and very prompt when we had an issue with the bathroom door. many amenities as they try to make it a fun atmosphere. my only issue was maid service was not a daily occurance.

This hotel was awesome! The staff was super friendly and accommodating. They also give you a $30 credit to spend on food/coffee and the cafe there was incredible. I will recommend to upgrade to a larger room because we upgraded to the second smallest room and it was kinda small. But still amazing!! The area is fantastic and the staff was just so great.

The Moxy is in a great central location. The staff are happy and helpful. The atmosphere is vibrant. The rooms are compact but more cosy than cramped. Clever use of space. I'd recommend it to anyone

I liked the party vibe. Great location for young people who like the Times Square city and fast paced vibe. Short walking distance from Penn Station and nearby subway stations. However, I didn’t like the additional $300 they charge at check in for booking through Expedia. Also didn’t like that there was no counter space, microwave, or fridge. They also told us we would get 2 free complimentary drinks at the bar after check in but they still charged us anyways.

Close and convenient location to Time Square.😊The staff were very helpful.when I got my package continental breakfast was included but wasn’t really continental breakfast it was more like a snack they only offered cup cakes and water bottles nothing else 😔

The hotel staff were friendly and very supportive. However, the room was rather small with a very small window so the view was poor unfortunately. There is a destination fee but you do get a daily allowance in their cafe which is amazing! Food and coffee is very nice :)

Elevator to ice machine didn’t work, had to to take stairs anytime I wanted ice or to use vending machine. Not enough towels in room. Rooms very small. Elevators always crowded and took forever.
