Manager attempted to come in my room while naked 3 hours before checkout. My first room would not lock gaps under door broken light fixtures in room and and unknown splatter dried to pictures and wall. My new room was ok so I thought but with dirty sheets (which I changed) and a used condom stopping up the shower.

The tubs were dirty. They needed scrubbing The carpets needed a good vacuuming. I wasn’t comfortable walking without shoes as I wasn’t sure if the dark carpet was even dirtier than it appeared. The door jams, though painted showed past breakage and locks were insufficient. I questioned the security of the room. The bed was comfortable and the sheets appeared and smelled clean but I still questioned it. Hand towels were dingy. Although we reserved for two nights, we left after the first. We came very late and had no options the first night but were not going to push our luck a second night. I thought l saw a 3 star on your web site but I must have been looking at some place else. Locals gave the hotel a poor opinion and I must agree. A place does not have to be new but it must be clean and guest should not feel uncomfortable.

The Free Breakfast was horrible unless you enjoy stale cereal, expired yogurt and hard sugar.
The bed spread had cigarette burn holes and we stayed in a smoke free room.
The bathroom was dirty, and the shower didn’t work properly.
A waste of money!

Our stay was an over night stop. Overall it was less than expected per the pictures posted. Lots of noise late into the night. I feel the room was a clean as possible given the circumstances.

The curtain was torn. The tub was horrible they didn’t clean it good at all. My pillow cases was supposed to be white but they were yellow. It was old carpet with spots. The remote didn’t work. It smelled like cigarettes which I asked for a non smoking room. I would never stay there again. Only good thing is that it was surrounded by stores and restaurants.

They really need to upgrade their rooms and their bedspreads.. they really need the rugs cleaned also. But other Internet wasn’t bad to stay a couple nights.

This hotel first gave us a room that had moldy ceilings and then moved us to a “non-smoking” room that had cigarette burned sheets, roaches and a gap in the doorframe (leading to the parking lot) big enough to see daylight through and let all the smoke from other guests into the room. The bathroom is the size of a closet, good luck trying to get in and close the door to go potty! I have health concerns (asthma and bronchitis) that hindered me from staying my full three night stay. HOWEVER!!! The staff was very understanding and gave us a refund for the unused nights. They were courteous and tried their best with the few resources they were provided.

Very dirty and unkept - dirty bedding, room, carpets and tub, and the room smelled bad for the entire visit. I used an entire can of lysol before I would even sit anywhere in the room. One of the light fixtures was falling out of the wall and the vent for the AC was broken and falling off.
