I enjoyed my stay and I wasn’t bothered if I needed housekeeping I would let them know otherwise. It was a pleasant stay would stay again if I’m in the neighborhood.

The staff at this property are always polite and go beyond to take care of their guest within their limits. I’ve never had any issues with this property or the staff. Other places I’ve seen say they have breakfast in the morning but when you go it’s doughnuts, toast and maybe drinks. You have better options here at this property. Will always stay here when the opportunity presents itself.

Other than a maintenance issue right after check in everything was great! The maintenance was taken care of immediately. It was a very good 2 day stay.

Great! Hotel was clean even during renovations! Hot breakfast available! And pet friendly! Which is a win! Only problem, I'm still waiting for my $50 deposit that they require! Otherwise over all it was a great stay and would definitely stay again when I'm in the area!

During my recent stay at this hotel, I found the property to be in urgent need of a comprehensive renovation. The overall condition is outdated, and several aspects of the accommodation reflected a clear lack of upkeep and modernization. The furniture in the guest room, particularly the mattress, was noticeably worn. The mattress was uncomfortable, as I could feel the springs through the surface, making it difficult to get a restful night’s sleep. While the bathroom was spacious, it showed visible signs of disrepair. Most notably, the bathtub had a small section of missing porcelain that had rusted over, which negatively impacted the room's cleanliness and overall appearance. The complimentary breakfast advertised by the hotel was also disappointing. The seating area was limited and crowded, and the food options were minimal—restricted mainly to self-serve waffles and cereal, which did not meet expectations for a hotel of this type. Additionally, my check-in experience was concerning. Upon arrival, I encountered several large baggage bags left unattended in the hallway directly outside my room. These bags were leaking an unidentified liquid onto the floor and emitting a foul odor, creating an unwelcoming condition. In summary, while the hotel's size and layout may have potential, its current condition falls short of acceptable standards. The room was very empty. A lamp didn’t work and the tv didn’t work. There was a broken dip in the floor. But the bathroom was pretty good. And the bed wasn’t terrible.

The room they assigned us was so filthy I refused to stay there. (Pee stains on the bed, dust all over the floor, note in the picture the hair in the bed above the pee stain. There were additional hairs on the wall of the bathroom. I did not take a photo of them.) When offered another room my request was, as long as it is non-smoking and clean. As soon as I open the door it reeked of smoke. Then I was told that that was all they had and I could leave since I couldn't stay there. I told them I did not want to be charged. They agreed, but then proceeded to charge me anyway. Expedia could not help me because the hotel GM said I checked in late, which by the way, I hadn't. I reached out to choice hotels, and they basically offered me points if I wanted to sign up, as if I would want to stay in another choice hotel. I finally called my credit card company and disputed the charge, and got it removed. This may not represent every Quality Inn, but I do not expect to ever find out! I have attached photos that show some of the dust on the floor, etc but the lighting does not really do it justice as how bad it was.

Wasn’t able to stay, I booked my room 10 days in advance. Quality inn cancelled my reservation without informing, I was told I got a phone call but no messages. Had to scramble for another place to stay in the middle of the night because quality was fully booked

There was a Spot on the counter looked like someone spit. I let the front desk know, asked for another room , I was told none available. Spider on the ceiling. The bathroom door looked like someone banged in to it, had holes. Very loud neighborhood. Not recommended.

The first room i was given the window shade would not come down and the front desk person didnt want to give me another room. The next room had a telephone with no cord, a iron with no ironing board, a microwave that did not work.

They charge a "service" fee above the rate paid to Expedia. Also must pay for a security deposit, but do not want to give you a receipt for it. Clerk struggled with the payment terminal. Very unprofessional.

I was there for 4 nights and the only night room service came to clean to my room was the first day & that was because I called in to have someone come at around 3pm. Another thing I noticed was 2 cockroaches as soon as I got there. This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. As soon as I got there I had to ask for a broom to sweep my whole room. The were hair and dust all over the floor as if nobody had swept. Before I left I asked if I could get compensation and I did not get the help I needed. The owners & staff need to do better. I should be compensated full refunded on my first night when I seen those cockroaches and stayed across the street at the other hotel. I’m very much upset I feel like my trip was a waste:( Also there were some weird men on the 2nd floor. There was a guy that kept peeking through his door everytime I walked by making me super uncomfortable. DOO BETTERRR!!!!
