The room was fairly up to date and the staff was very kind and friendly. They're repaving the parking lot and work started at 6:45 AM just outside our door. So that did impede on our sleep a bit. The good news is that they'll be done with that work before most people see this review. The opposite side is fairly close to the highway - so I can see that it may be a bit noisy on that side too. But being in your room with the AC on should drown out most of the noise. After May 2025 - we'd certainly stay there again. But not until the parking lot work is completed.

I come here every 6 months to go to the Dr. at the Shreveport VAMC. I am a Disabled Veteran. I always book this hotel because the Staff treats me great.

All was fine with the hotel. We arrived late at night and observed some people meeting in the parking lot. Suspicious of that.

Terrible!! They HAVE BED BUGS!!

The staff was great. Clean room and good breakfast. Will have to remember to request a room on the front side of the building as the back side faces a very busy freeway.

We found bugs in one of the beds and some kind of debris in the other bed. Then a member of your staff knocked on our door at 7 o’clock in the morning and found out that they used our room as a break room.

It was surprisingly very very clean. It appears to be recently remodeled. It is close to casinos. Will definitely stay again.

Tv didn't work. Called front desk, and was told someone will come look at it, and nobody showed up. No TV service

Booked through Expedia and put special instructions asking for lower level room due to having a pet. At check in the clerk said all the lower level rooms were previously booked. I said well I previously booked too...so she was able to place me as requested. I got to the room and was not clean. I had brought cleaning supplies with me so I sanitized the room. The tv didn't work so I contacted the front desk and one of the women came to assist. I don't know if she was the manager or not but she was very friendly and helpful. She moved me to a new room. The tv worked in there but the room was also very dirty and smelled like weed. I was unable to hide the odor even with room spray or lysol. I was unable to sleep due to this extreme smell. I ended up checking out several hours earlier than intended. There were 3 hispanic men a few rooms down sitting outside their room with drinking and playing music loudly. I was told by the woman that assisted me that they lived there. It was already loud enough with the road construction but then to have to listen to loud music too made for a very disappointing stay. The location to casinos and other venues was very good but I would definitely advise the hotel management to address the issue with the housekeeping team and also ask the gentleman that were playing their music to respect the other guests and not play their music so loud.

I didnt like that the room smelt of cigarette smoke

The only negative to our overnight stay was that the shower had very little water pressure.

This property was disgusting. This hotel needs to be shut down. Dried blood and particles on the blankets. Pubic hair on the toilet. Dirty tub. Dirty, filthy chairs in the rooms. Disgusting floor. The front desk clerk said that they are short on housekeeping but I didn’t know it was going to be this bad. Never ever again. I checked in at 4pm and checked out at 5:50pm the SAME day. Stay far away from this place. I’m waiting on my refund to be processed. The worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. $140 for a night is insane.

Our room was super clean! I mean even the tub was shining! No bugs, no stale odor, just very clean and comfortable. All the appliances worked, linens and beds were fresh, and NO BUGS! I felt safe here, moved with ease, and slept like a baby. Besides all that, the hotel staff were all super friendly and so were the other guests we encountered. This Quality Inn will always be my first stop when shopping for hotels in the area.
