Radisson Resort at the Port

I was very impressed with this property. Clean rooms, nice pool and excellent entertainment from the DJ. I even liked being able to laundry our dirty clothes before our cruise! I would stay here again.

The staff was extremly nice and very accommodating

Most of your staff was incredible! Jessica at the front desk went over and beyond. She was amazing. Jimmy, who was with maintenance also went above and beyond. They are the reasons that I would return. We had one bad experience at the pool. We were not aware that we couldn't bring pizza for the kids out by the pool. We were asked to leave the area but the only other place to eat was a bench by a pond that had large dead coy floating on the top. Other than that the location is convenient, close to the pier, and clean.

Thaw rooms were clean and up to date! The fees were great for parking and shuttle since we left for a cruise for 5 days

Overall was pretty happy with our say. Only thing that could improve would be more front desk or vending options that were working for snacks and drinks for purchase.

The Stay was great

It was a quiet and safe place. Easy access to the port.

It's a beautiful property to stay guest services was very nice and courteous the rooms very clean and the bathroom is amazing

The pool was great and the rooms were very big. Transportation to the port was super easy. My only big complaint is that the times for the restaurant and the menu that was online did not match real life. The restaurant was listed as open all day - it was not. The menu you scan in your room said you could order plated breakfast - you could not.

Booked a king room and given queen room with a couch, that stinks, and then the hotel says sorry we will accommodate you with 2 drinks and 2 breakfasts which neither can be used. I won’t a refund period drove 14 hours and you don’t get what you pay for is absolutely ridiculous. Neither RADISSON or Expedia will take the fault, pointing fingers at the other instead of taking ownership, they had no problem taking my $260. Six months ago when I booked the room. I expect actions and complete resolutions.

It was a pleasuring stay.

Stayed here a couple of nights before a cruise. A/C was doing all it could to keep room moderately cool. Wifi signal and stability in room were so bad had to use phone hot spot instead. Dirty dishes in hallway not picked up timely. Had my 9 year old granddaughter with me and asked a housekeeper for directions and they dropped a couple of "F" bombs with no regard and like that was just normal conversation. Get this, you have to check luggage carts in and out at the front desk, if available. I heard numerous other guests complaining about how inconvenient that was as well if your room was not in close proximity to the front office. They put a $60/night hold on your card for each night you stay that you have to wait to be credited back. Calling something a resort doesn't make it one, left a lot to be desired. Although it has the Radisson name on it, felt like there were no standards being upheld, and more like an independent hotel. On the positive side, pool was nice and had a great DJ the nights we were there. Next cruise we go on we will definitely stay somewhere different.

Tiki Bar and pool area was a pleasant surprise. Room was clean and the bathroom had a fresh updated modern look.
