Hotel is tired. We stayed in the wing entered from outside. Looks like an old 70s vintage motel. The bathroom door hit the toilet when you tried to open and close the door in our room. The room was furnished with fridge and microwave, which was nice. The worst part was the breakfast in the morning. I was making a waffle, another guest decided he wanted my waffle machine (he spoke no English), then the rude overseer of the breakfast tried to make it my fault and make me take the half-baked waffle after the other guest opened the machine halfway thru the baking time. He started yelling at me. I just walked away and got no waffle. Customer service here is awful. Besides the rude breakfast overseer, the check-in clerk could not speak decipherable English. We had to say “what?” to every sentence he spoke.

We got a poolside room so we can be close to the pool, for that was are plan to be in it all week! Pool was so hot you couldn’t enjoy it. Kids would get so over heated and light headed. We stayed for an entire week so kids can enjoy the pool and we could lay out. Unfortunately that didn’t happen. Breakfast was the same food everyday. No fresh fruit or oat meal or any variety of anything else! All they had was sausage and eggs , can peaches , cereal, yogurt of one kind, and waffles. The juice machine was so nasty kids couldn’t even drink an orange juice. Coffee was always cold. The beds are not that comfortable you can feel the wires. I like to get up early make my coffee and sit out in the lobby or outside to have my coffee, I was making Starbucks runs every morning. The outdoor games are fun but they do close early. My kids wanted to play mini golf at 8:30 they said it was close. Earlier it’s just too hot to play.

A little older of a hotel, but I believe the price reflected that. Staff was kind and helpful. Food was decent, nothing unedible although a little plain. We enjoyed the pool! Half of it is inside and the other half was outdoors with a flap to swim under to go between. It was very warm water which I found very nice especially with little kids who get cold quicker. The game tables upstairs were fun but they could use some fans up there since it gets sooo hot due to the moisture from the pool and being high up. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Our little kids kept locking the bathroom door and closing It. That was a pain that there was no way to prevent that or to open it without maintenance help. Different locks would be the only thing I would change.

Our rooms were great. Clean. The kids enjoyed the pool and out door pickleball and basketballs courts. . While they do provide breakfast the wait for breakfast was 40+ minutes long for a mediocre selection of toast, the waffle maker line was 45 minutes long. There was one small tray of sausage and powdered eggs. No fruit, yogurt or other options as are typically presented with a continental breakfast. Seating was limited. So if breakfast is not part of the draw of your stay I would 100% recommend the hotel.
