The parking fee surprised us a bit, but everything else was great. The grab and go breakfast was surprisingly good, too.

It's an older property but the customer service is Class A / outstanding. The addl parking charge is not the nicest but forgiveable because Bellevue property values . The good news is clean rooms great staff plenty of parking and quiet and private area. Excellent hotel staff.

The stay was good it was the extra cost to park and no breakfast but a box of cereal and a banana,I’ve stayed here many times and always had a breakfast buffet or and option at another hotel paid for by the hotel, the cost is to high for the hole experience to stay there anymore

I stayed five days here. The bed was comfortable. However, there was mold growing in the bathrooms and the wall paper was peeling. Outlets for charging were hard to find. I moved my bed searching for a place to plug in my laptop and the wall outlet was charred, like a small fire occurred there. The only place to plug in was the desk area and that had a series of extension cords that also plugged in the refrigerator. Breakfast was a joke. Options were bread and more bread the first two days of my stay. As it got closer to the weekend frozen breakfast sandwiches became available and fresh fruit. I ended up purchasing breakfast items at the store, an extra expense I hadn’t planned on because of their advertising. Large dogs barking apparently is a thing when sports fans come to town and leave animals alone in the rooms. Overall, not the experience I’m used two. I would recommend paying the extra money and go to a place that will actually have some pride in their service and not cut corners. I couldn’t believe the electrical situation. It was sketchy.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was a wonderful perk, and the pool was fun! The hotel is a bit on the older side, so there were a few things noted (like dirty, sticky carpet and a busted headboard that slammed into the wall with every slight movement in the bed). However, overall it was a nice stay. Convenient location, walkable neighborhood. Would stay again!

Great location to get on the highway, but that also means it can get a bit loud. The downtown area where the mall and park are is a walkable distance from the hotel. The shower was a little slow in draining, but not horrible. Breakfast was just bagels, fruit, yogurt and a few other options, but just very basic stuff. Hotel is a little old, but clean and well-kept. I would stay here again.

Excellent staff, very friendly, very helpful. The breakfast is mediocre. No eggs or sausage or anything. Just bagels, cereal, apples, bananas, and jimmy deans frozen breakfast sandwiches. Besides the mediocre breakfast, the rooms are quiet, clean, and like I said the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Super safe area and close to downtown Bellevue. Maybe 20 minute drive to Seattle downtown with no traffic.

The word for this property is old. A second word/phrase would be poorly maintained. A third would be dilapidated. It is obvious that the owners of this hotel are interested in bleeding every penny they can out of the place while putting nary a nickel into it. This hotel is not at all inexpensive. It’s just so run down for the money. In our room (140) alone, the sad, old hair dryer doesn’t work, the old A/C unit rattles, the bathroom exhaust fan is dead, there’s no soap in the shower, they didn’t have housekeeping make up our room between the days of our stay, no fresh towels were available, the old blinds leaked light like a sieve, and the shower drain was clogged. Need I go on? The place is just old, worn, and tired. At $50 per night this hotel would be fine. For what they charge it’s a ripoff.
