The property had a great location and check in was easy with the codes texted to me. Only thing to consider is there is no front desk to check luggage or for immediate support. Overall it was great.

This place is clean and modern which is nice, however the however door doesn't stay closed all the way so all the water goes out all over the floor causing a mess. I also didn't like how it was impossible to get early check in and I was waiting from 9am to check in at 4pm.

It was a little bit figuring out how to get into the building when we first arrived. Everything is locked with key pads, once you call and get all of your codes its very easy! And we actually loved the security. Very spacious, cle

Great location for my Miami Beach visit, however, the property needs updating and much needed maintenance. Outside property as well as indoor hallways are shabby and poorly maintained. Kitchen poorly stocked, broken drawer, refrigerator door opening in inconvenient direction. Lack of sufficient storage and shelving in unit especially bathroom. The unit I rented for an extended stay was large but uncomfortable. Can be a better experience if management paid more attention to details.

We arrived earlier than our check in and was able to drop our bags in a locked closet and enjoy the area until our room was ready, which was sooner than we expected! Definitely would stay again.

Room was comfortable and exactly the size we needed for our group of three. The location felt very safe and easily walkable to anywhere we wanted to go. We originally didn’t have many blankets or pillows, but the number provided to text was extremely responsive and we were given anything we were missing quickly. Toilet had a few instances where it took a while to flush and the warm water was on the side labeled cold in the shower so that took a bit to figure out, but aside from that we really enjoyed our stay and thought it was great for everything we were looking to get out of our trip.

The location couldn’t be better – it’s super convenient, just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by great restaurants, all in a safe and peaceful neighborhood. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean – and that’s saying something because we’ve stayed in many hotels, even right on Ocean Drive, and this one was by far the cleanest we’ve experienced. The room was bright, spacious, and well-equipped with a large fridge (perfect for longer stays), a table, chairs, and everything we needed to feel at home. Agustina was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She’s super helpful, proactive, and always a message away. Even though there’s no reception desk, their team was incredibly responsive via WhatsApp – always quick to reply and ready to solve anything with a smile. Housekeeping was another highlight – they kept everything in perfect condition during our stay. If we had to mention any downsides: yes, the walls are a bit thin, so you might hear your neighbors depending on who’s next door. Luckily, we had quiet neighbors and slept comfortably every night. Also, there’s no elevator – but for us, that wasn’t a problem at all. Honestly, even some Ocean Drive hotels with elevators have constant issues, so we didn’t mind at all. Perfect place perfect location

There was no parking for guest . They charged us an extra $90 for parking .. to park in an alleyway. Then there was mold on the curtain in the bathroom and on the ceiling and holes in the wall . On top of all that the front entrance was broken. Very unsafe !!! The oven was and stove was not even plugged in so we couldn’t reheat our food correct. Staff came in room unannounced, when we’re gone . Didn’t communicate when they went in our room. Also stole my husbands belongings. also multiple guest could not I just felt like they could improve on a lot of things .

Absolutely horrendous conditions. Honestly, do not know how they could be part of the Hotels.com family. Old decrepit building. Smells of mold- found in shower. Bullet holes in fro t window. Broken stairs. Room was missing carpentry. Advertised as an apartment. No place to cook, holes in the walls. Terrible neighborhood & no parking. My car got towed. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Now I’m fighting get a refund.

This place was close to Ocean Drive and close to transportation. Lots of restaurants within close walking distance. The staff allowed us to leave our baggage when we arrived earlier and also after checkout. Nice place; however the walls are thin.

Not as nice and modern as they want to portray. No warm/hot water. Dirty mattress. Not horrible but wouldnt stay again
