Kamar saya tidak dibersihkan padahal jam 11.30 saya keluar kamar untuk suatu hal dan jam 16.00 saya kembali kamar tidak dibersihkan pada waktu kami minta handuk baru kami harus menunggu lebih dari satu jam. Air mineral dan gelas juga cuma dikasih satu padahal kita berdua kami pilih dua quen bed untuk dua orang. Peralatan mandi tidak ada kecuali handuk saja seperti sikat gigi sabun sampo semua tidak ada sama sekali. Saya sangat kecewa tinggal di sini.
