This place was perfect for catching a flight the next day. Harry Carray’s was next door and a few other places are walking distance. We wanted Italian so get an Uber. Staff was great and we had a 12 pm checkout! Awesome!

This hotel is excellent. It was mine and my girl’s first time in Chicago and we were so well taken care of and comfortable here we absolutely would stay again. The amenities were amazing and the food, oh my god the food we ordered on room service was incredible! Absolutely worth every cent.

The safe did not work, the phone did not work, the housekeeping staff was rude, parking up to $40/day. Booked a King through Hotels.com they put us in a room with 2 twin beds.
I will not stay at this hotel again.

I made a special request that was not contacted upon arrival, so we had to change rooms. And then I reached out to property manager regarding room condition of new room. Tv didn’t work, room not clean, sticky floors, counter tops on dressers had cup rings and were obviously not cleaned. The worst part is the room smelled like smoke and mildew. We checked in on Friday and left Sunday early morning. There was dirty plates on our floor that never got picked up the entire time.
Again, property manager didn’t reach back out.

Really impressed with the hotel as it was a last minute stay to be closer to the airport for an early flight, ended up really loving it! The elevator takes an insane amount of time but other than that, loved it

I chose it because it was close to O’hare and I had a flight out in the morning. Was with my two young adult daughters. Was very pleasing. Has really sold me on Sheraton and Marriot for rooming with them. Nice place.
