Rooms are excellent. Free coffee in room. They could upgrade to a Keurig coffee maker. No microwave. Room had convenient bottles of water for a charge. The hotel has self serve laundry, 2 wash, 2 dry. The have a convenience store, restaurant and bar in lobby. Close to train station and food.

Property was ok. Front desk lady on check was nice, but lady at checkout was extremely rude. Unexpectedly was charged $25 to park. No coffee in the morning until 7:00am, when I checked out at 4:30am. Ice machine on my floor didn’t work.
The only thing nice about this place was the shopping mall and restaurants across the street. Definitely will not be staying here again.

They spray a cleaner in the room that had an overpowering smell. Fortunately they were able to move me to a room with the window. The manger seemed put out with my request, but she did accommodate me. The housekeeper was lovely.

Our room got flooded the toilet didn’t work, I’m a diabetic n couldn’t use the bathroom, I had to go in the lobby at 6am
It was cold all nit at 68 degrees
When I booked I only booked because it said continental breakfast n we didn’t get it
I paid 398 for one nite n it was horrible
I will not pay that price again or stay there
I told the front desk n they didn’t bother to care at all

Everything was okay except the guy Moses that checked us in. Super weird interaction, no eye contact, no information and left myself and my partner thinking “what the heck was that?” It made me want to switch hotel’s immediately but we stuck it out.

Everything was great until I took a shower and discovered that there was no shower gel! I bathed with handsoap the first night. I understand mistakes happen, but this is an essential. Someone should be checking. Also the outdated in suite coffee packs with artificial sweetners that no one uses, the powder cream and ONE sugar in each pack. Move to this century and provide coffee mate individual creamers and packets of sugar, splenda, or the other one for people who use artificial sweetners. NO, everyone doesn't want to go to your lobby for their first cup of coffee. Either get the coffee service updated, or update your service packs to include better ingredients.

We called the hotel around 4 PM to inform them of our late check-in, as we were scheduled to arrive around 10 PM. Despite booking a room with two beds on Expedia over a month in advance, we were told upon arrival that no two-bed rooms were available.
As a result, we were “upgraded” to a suite with one king bed and a sofa pull-out. Unfortunately, the pull-out sofa was extremely uncomfortable, with a springy mattress that made it difficult to get a proper night’s sleep.
Additionally, we requested housekeeping service the next day, which is in line with the hotel’s stated policy. However, when we returned to the room that evening, it had not been cleaned at all (beds unmade, trash untouched, and towels not replaced).
Overall, the experience was somewhat disappointing, but considering the amount we paid for the room, we were content.
