Booked a room with 2 queen beds, arrived and they put us in a king suite. No other room available. They suggested i sleep on the couch. Only provided 1 extra blanket. No sheets, no pillow.

The front desk staff were great—especially Aaron, who kindly walked us to the corner to point us toward the CFG Arena. Another gentleman quickly brought an iron to our room when we realized there wasn’t one, which we appreciated. The room itself, however, was dusty and a few of the towels weren’t clean, so housekeeping definitely needs improvement. Overall, good for a short stay of less than 24 hours and the location—just steps from the CFG Arena—was exactly what we needed.

The room wasnt clean. Dirty rag in the shower, missing towels, unfinished bedding. It seems as if cleaning services finished 60% of the service and walked out.

Had difficulty having the room cleaned. Fine the first day but was not cleaned after that. Towels were not refreshed. Had to make several calls to front desk before “fresh towels” and wash clothes were delivered the last night of our stay. Ironically, bath mats were delivered instead of towels. Too tired to pursue further.
The onsite cafe was fine. Food was ok. Wait staff was very attentive and helpful.
This location has the potential to be a really good option. However, the facility needs some sprucing up and minor repairs.
On the other hand, the staff was helpful and attentive. This location appears to be understaffed

I found a roach in my rooma nd had to check out a day early. The first day the staff told me to make sure we was in by a certain time becuase people start to get robbed in that area
