Staybridge Suites TOMBALL - SPRING AREA by IHG, an IHG Hotel

Every member of the staff at the Staybridge Suites Tomball that we have interacted with has been friendly and helpful. They’re working all the time to keep the hotel clean and accommodating, and we really appreciated that. If we ever had a need to come back to the area, I would 100% stay in this hotel again.

The front desk person (blonde hair) does not have a customer service etiquette, does not even acknowledge us when we check in. She was there in the front and I have to say hello to her first. Shower was clogged, we stayed for 7 days only cleaned our room twice, does not pick up our trash, water in the shower was slow , we don’t have comforter for 2 days. We stayed on the 4th floor, our breakfast on the last day coffee was cold

I left a pajama top in hook in bathroom behind the door but they said they didn’t find it.

The hotel was in a okay condition. The rooms could use an upgrade.

I stayed at Staybridge Suites in Tomball, TX, and the experience was terrible. I booked a large room, but it was 85 degrees due to a broken AC. After reporting it, we were moved to a much smaller room with no apology, compensation, or price adjustment. In a separate room, my girlfriend and infant son found a jumping beetle in the bed. We were moved again — this time at 1am — having to pack everything and relocate with our baby. The night desk clerk was polite and somewhat helpful, assuring us the manager would be in the morning. But instead of a manager, we were met with a woman who appeared to be under the influence, which was alarming and unprofessional. I paid for the Staybridge experience and instead got something resembling a run-down motel. No accountability, no solutions. I left feeling disrespected and extremely dissatisfied. I won't be returning, and I don’t recommend this location to anyone expecting comfort, cleanliness, or basic service. --still havent heard back from the "manager"

I have no complaints! I enjoyed my stay

Upon checking in the room wasnt ready and we were upgraded to the 2 bedroom suite. Beautiful and spacious room with all amenities and 2 fullsize bathrooms. Kitchenette with dishwasher, coffeemaker and full size fridge. Excellent stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and clean hotel on Tomball.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay. The hotel was clean and the staff were amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Check-in was easy. The staff were nice and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I recommend this property.

Multiple times during our stay our key cards quit working. We were there four nights and were not provided any housekeeping services despite asking for them.

Room had mold, broken pieces and dirty walls. Breakfast starts at 7:30 in Saturdays. Otherwise, quite room.

Comfortable beds, apartment like rooms, clean and great customer service!!!

Helpful & friendly staff. Cleaning in bathroom areas needs improvement, overall decent stay so far.

It was a last minute stay over for my family, but it was a great find. Clean, large, suite room. Would be perfect accommodations for a longer stay with a kitchen area supplied with everything you need. Plenty of room and clean!!
