Super 8 by Wyndham Escanaba

I was very happy with our stay in Escanaba! Rooms were clean, staff was helpful and friendly. Convenient location.

Breakfast and pool area were great and the staff we encountered were incredibly kind and helpful - both front desk & in the breakfast area. Beds were comfortable enough but the room itself was sketchy. Hotel was replacing shingles during stay but we were in furthest wing so were not disturbed by any noise. Cheapest place in the area & you could tell, but the staff made up for any shortcomings.

It was okay. Pool was nice but the room itself had an odd smell that gave me a headache.

Staff was good, but lots of transients in and around the area. Walter Whites old RV in the back lot probably isnt putting its best foot forward. Slept well in a clean bed. R&R, but no issues. The breakfast was pretty so so.

Property not keep up Great idea for a bath bench for hanaycap but what use is it when you remove the handheld shower

1/5 stars - I would not recommend this hotel unless you just need a bed to sleep in but bring your own clean bedding! Hotel itself is dirty, smelly, outdated, many areas were broken, the parking lot flooded during rain, the hot tub was so dirty, the sauna barley fits two people, our room smelt very bad like mildew, the door frame was broken, the bed looked dirty - we slept on top of blankets we brought with us! The door to the back of the hotel has no locks anyone of the street can walk in and walk the hotel. Also the AC/Heat was AWFUL. Breakfast was the worst hotel breakfast EVER & I’ve stayed at over 200 hotels in multiple states. They had a waffle maker which was the only good part. No “hot” food besides you could warm up your own breakfast sandwich from a store bought package. All around was just not good! Very sad and disappointing stay no worth the money - look for ANYWHERE else!

Well i made a mistake when i booked made reservation on wrong 2 days i had to leave before my second day other committents but i had to stay a day earlier then i booked all i heard cannot do anything cause i booked with Expedia i know i made mistake but i did stay 2 nights just wrong 2 nights it just did not matter they wantedthat money

It was nice. The staff was great, but there’s no elevator and some of us we need an elevator can’t get up the stairs. But decent room good breakfast great staff

Was nice. Friendly as staff. Be Breakfast was good. Little dated.

The beds were comfy, the room was clean and quiet, we very much enjoyed our stay. There is no air however, so if it would have been hotter we wouldn’t have enjoyed as much! We did open our window and slept that way and it was quiet enough in parking lot we weren’t woke up.

My comforter was and chair were dirty. The pool area was dirty and smelt slimy..

I typically avoid Super 8 hotels, but due to a last minute cancellation at another property I needed an inexpensive place to stay in route to Traverse City. The room was adequate, reasonably clean and comfortable, better than most Super 8 I have experienced.

It was under construction I couldn't use the hot tub or the pool and still payed the same price 110

The facility is a bit in need of updating, but they ere obviously working on it, The staff, and cleanliness are top notch.

Didnt like the pool was done and was told the day b4 chekx in. Not leaving much time to fins a diffrent place that wasnt already booked

Nothing special. Pool was closed. Breakfast was just ok.
